Close to slopesNice tidy 3 star hotel, with a 5 star breakfast , rooms are cleaned well but needs a little maintained better. and close too slopes. Bus runs around town is great, 5mins walk from train station and plenty of pizza and bars around. Will go back .

FabulousWe loved this hotel. It is a typical 3 star Italian hotel lots of charm. It is super clean with very friendly and helpful staff. The owner Davide is an absolute star. Davide is super helpful and does absolutely everything he can to make your stay brilliant. We also had dinner here 2 nights and the food and service were excellent, good value to. The breakfast was also typical Italian and lovely lots of ham, cheese, bread, yoghurts, cakes, toast, jam, croissants etc. Lots of fresh coffee and tea to. The hotel is in a great position a few minutes walk to the campo smith ski lift and about a 10 minute walk to the town. There is also a nice little bar and pizzeria next door. Hotel has a nice big car park. If you are going to bardonecchia we recommend that you stay here it's great!

Little faulty towers in ItalyFriendly hotel. Average food. Good location. Ran by a very nice family and staff especially Sarah the waitress. Close enough to the slopes and next to a great little pizzeria. Rooms are a bit small but clean and comfy after a hard day on the slope. An authentic hotel for sure!

Good hotel for long weekend ski tripI stayed at Hotel Rosa Serenella when I recently visited Bardonecchia with a group of friends for a ski trip. The hotel is located a ten-minute walk from the ski slopes (or from the bus stop that takes you up to the Jafferau area of the region). I would recommend leaving your skis and boots in the lockers or ski shop so you don't have to lug them back and forth each day - the walk would take longer than ten minutes in ski boots! The rooms at the hotel are just what you need - providing a hot shower and comfy bed (although the single beds are small!) And the staff are very friendly - and very happy to teach guests a bit of Italian! Breakfast at Hotel Rosa (served between 8 and 9:30am) was a little disappointing - there seemed to be no hot option such as egg or waffle, and the cheese and ham levels were often low. But there was plenty of cereal, bread (and jams), cake (strange for breakfast) and coffee. Having said that, on the morning we were up early, the breakfast seemed better - so I'd recommend going to breakfast earlier rather than later. The wifi at the hotel works well, but is patchy in the bedrooms (but this is made clear by the owners). Our group ate at the hotel one evening and were pleasantly surprised at how nice the food was. I had the tagliolini and smoked salmon and would highly recommend it! Overall, this hotel is a good spot for a ski holiday with good friends.
