Muy normalitoNo hay recepción hasta las 17 horas, si llegas antes te las tienes que entender con una máquina, no hay ascensor, la maquina de café da un café horroroso que cuesta 2. Está alejado del centro de la ciudad en una zona de centros comerciales.

NormalPráctica playa de estacionamiento,el hotel se encuentra cerca de una de las entradas a Verdun.Hay dos restaurantes cercanos.Habitación y baño sin lujos pero cómodos.No tiene ascensor.Desayuno buffet correcto.

New Style!What a surprise! When we arrived and went into the entrance we could not open the door in the small "lobby". There is a "machine" like that in banks to retrieve money, and you punch in your reservation number, then your account is brought up on screen, and you verify how many nights your reserved and how you want to pay, first night or the total owed. once you do this you are given a code, it allows you to open the door to the hotel and open your room door. You do not meet anyone on the desk, just climb the stairs to your room.....3/1/2 floors....great exercise. There is a pretty good breakfast each morning, 6.5 euros. The rooms are nice, comfortable and clean. Great value!

Budget hotelThe size of the room was good. Breakfast was okay (not served as a buffet because of Covid-19 but that's fine). Center of town is in a walkable distance (25 minutes). We had two towels for two people. One of the towels was dirty so we asked for it to be changed. Either the receptionist didn't understand me or he forgot but when we came back later that evening it wasn't changed and there was nobody to ask for a new one because reception was closed. There is no lift. The toilet should have been cleaner. The bed was very hard.

Charged multiple times for one stayThe hotel itself is very basic and in line with what I'd expect given the pricepoint, although the breakfast is way over-priced for its COVID version (six euro for a half-frozen croissant and some yogurt? hmm) and there was a lot of black mold on the ceiling in the shower that looked like they'd tried to paint over to hide. But then I got home and it turned out they charged me twice for my booking! I emailed the hotel twice and got no response; I tried calling and was hung up on when I stated why I was calling. Didn't even have the guts to try to pretend they were trying to fix the issue! I have now appealed to customer service with B&B Hotels in France. Regardless of the result there, I can hardly recommend this place, as at best now it'll be that they overcharged me and then tried to ignore me in the hopes I'd give up and accept them filching 130 from me.
