  Unas vacaciones en el infierno

  Había visto el anuncio en las noticias de Irlanda. Los autobuse "A1 coaches" (derry) son muy recomendables. El hotel Leverdale... estaba sucio, olía mal y era una proquería. Las habitaciones: había humedad, cosas peligrosas, la ducha estaba asquerosa, nunca cambiaban las sábanas, las toallas un día sí y otro no y solo teníamos un rollo de papel higiénico para cuatro personas. Si vas, hazlo a tu propia cuenta y riesgo.

  NO VENGÁIS A ESTE HOTEL

  Estuvimos alojados en este hotel dos noches (16-18 de agosto). Cama incómoda que crujía con solo pestañear, por no hablar del cabecero que se movía con solo darte la vuelta. El lavabo goteaba y era complicado mezclar las temperaturas cuando íbamos a la ducha. Las habitaciones mal insonorizadas...se oía absolutamente todo, desde el caminar de los clientes hasta las conversaciones en las habitaciones... el personal, ellos saben que la calidad del hotel es muy deficiente y les da absolutamente lo mismo, el WI-FI no funciona. 0% recomendable.

  Birthday visit for mum for 2 nights

  Arriving at the hotel, the receptionist/hotel manager was absolutely lovely and so welcoming. Explained all the covid-19 prodecures. Room was ok, abit small for 3 people however we managed. The beds were too hard for us and didn't sleep all that great but then again that's just our preference and some people prefer hard beds. Shower was ok, we managed. The breakfast quality was good however orders were wrong on both days, have to request extra sugar, milk etc as get basic supply however again the manager was very accomodating and helpful. She explained she was understaffed so it had been hard and we understood. The lovely lady did put a birthday banner on the table for breakfast for mum which we thought was adorable!!! Really appreciated that.Overall it was an ok hotel but we wouldn't stay again just for the sleep.

  Lovely family break.

  Just got back from our Monday to friday. This is a good base if you want to be at the quiter end. It's only 5 mins on the tram to the tower and all the centre entertainment. We arrived just after 2 and all was ready for us. Went to pay cash to be told they have taken it out the bank already...(apparently they can do this incase you dont turn up even though booking.com say just a deposit will be taken if you dont turn up). Leaving us to find a natwest to replace the money..anyway that is the only bad thing I will say. We had a family room #17 with a double and bunk bed double bottom single top. Room was plenty big enough for what you need. Toilet and shower. The shower seemed to have a mind of it's own weather to work or not but that wasnt a massive issue due to the lovely assistance from the owners giving us the use of the shower across from our room.(they did buy a new shower but the plumber said was working). Bar was big enough for us to have a socially distance drink before bedtime. Breakfast was good loads to choose from and something for the kids so even better... the owners cant do enough for you and are very welcoming will use again if in the area.

  A restful break.

  When we stayed here, it was when Covid was still on but the staff made our stay very safe. Good place as the tram stop is right across the road so you can leave the car and go by tram. Breakfast was great and the staff could not be any more helpful. Not ideal if you can't use stairs but I would still recommend staying here. Thanks guys.
