  Never forget

  I will never forget my stay there. Not because it was terrific, but because it was horrible. Food was horrible. The thing served in the restaurant cannot even be called "food". No sir. And no car park! They said park your car anywhere around the hotel?! This hotel should be taken out of service. It's damaging Turkish tourism. Only the beach and the sea was good. Except there are big stones in the sea on the sandy ground and there are small fish biting your soles. You understand that you are bitten when you feel a subtle pain.

  Average at best and disappointing in many ways.

  My wife booked this hotel earlier this year having stayed at another hotel nearby the previous year, which overlooked this one. Few things to point out regarding this hotel. 1. We booked a double suite but were given a single suite on arrival without explanation (of course having already charged us for the double). We had to wait for the following day to be given a double suite. 2. The room service is poor with the shower facilities broken and toilet in the first suite not working at all. 3. This is definitely, definitely a 3 star tops, maybe even two star given the standard service and quality. 4. The staff are not very well trained and gawp at you if they do not like the look of you. Even if you don't like the look of someone, you should still show common courtesy and be a PROFESSIONAL. Numerous times I have had to wait for a drink whilst others were served ahead of me having come later on. 5. Forget about wifi (even though it states free wifi on the brochure). My 256k dial up modem has more speed than the wifi offered here. We are in 2018! We had superb wifi connection in the middle of nowhere in Vietnam earlier this year! The one good thing, is that there are various bars locally which offer better food and drink, which is what I'm about to do today! There is so much more I can go on about but I think you get the gist by now. All in all, this is a very basic 2 star (in my opinion) hotel with limited facilities. It is in a fantastic location however it needs heavy modernisation and the staff need to be trained properly. I will not be recommending this hotel on this occasion.

  Letoon fantastic hotel

  The letoon is a fantastic hotel. Staff are friendly, polite and very helpful. Food is lovely and something there for everyone. There are two swimming pools and one pool has two water slides.really enjoyed the entertainment and even though I was the only english person there I was made to feel at home. I would definitely stay at the letoon hotel altinkum again.

  Good for short stay

  We had to change the room 3 times, because A/C wasnt working, the toilet had marks which doesnt go, hotel staff was careful and polite even if we had problems they were calming us down, the food was delicious and more than enough comparing to the price you pay, the hotel was really good, dont expect extra cleaning and quality thats all...the hotel was really like 200 mt was away from the beach, you could see some colorful fishes, you can have free sunbeds from the beach hotel has seperated place for their guests, sea is really clean, there were a lot of families having vacation over there, was really calming.

  This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We were there for 10 days had our room cleaned twice, clean towels twice. Food was cold, ate out every day and night, I'm diabetic had to ask for diet coke. Told it was finished told to buy from shop. Made a bit of a shout about it, finally they bought some. They had a bbq one night chef was smoking while cooking and putting cooked meat on same tray as raw meat. We were the only British in hotel, all Turkish. On the upside the staff were very helpful. Spoke to some Turkish people were very nice. Advise is its a Turkish hotel wouldn't recommend it for British Holiday makers.
