  A great and relaxing stay

  We stayed for two nights at the end of October/beginning of November. We were just looking for a relaxing little getaway and this did not disappoint. We were greeted by helpful, friendly front desk staff who explained all of the Covid protocols. Thanks Carrie! The hotel is clean and well kept. There was a lot of staff going around sanitizing common areas. Our room was on the main floor just outside the pool area/beautiful atrium. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We had dinner two nights at the Italian Table ( the restaurant on the premises) and both nights the food was excellent and the waiters very helpful and professional. To use the pool you just have to book your time with the front desk as there only 8 people allowed in the pool area at a time and only 1 person at a time in the hot tub (as per Covid protocols) I was delighted to find that the pool was a lovely temperature. On previous visits here, the pool has always been really chilly but it was a nice warm temperature this time. Great for swimming without freezing! If I'd known this sooner I would have swam more often! Guess I should have checked when we first got there. It was also lovely because I had the pool all to myself. Overall it was a very relaxing vacation and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Lethbridge

  Very welcoming and beautiful hotel. Enjoyed my stay immensely. Will stay again. Staff were fantastic. Grounds were astounding and the room had a gorgeous view of the courtyard. Can only imagine how great it would be not in the middle of a pandemic

  The Hotel that Cares

  I love coming to this hotel. The front desk clerks are all so very friendly. I come down for business regularly so have a really wonderful time getting to know everyone. This last visit there was a snow storm and I was given a heads up about the road conditions that morning and was recommended to stay another night if they didnt clear up. The roads were still bad after I was done my work so I came back and they managed to hook me up with a fantastic room again. During the times I stayed when I was able to I enjoyed swimming in the pool and the courtyard is my favourite to look upon with the sound of rushing water from my room when I open the balcony door. This is a caring hotel and I would recommend it to anyone staying in Lethbridge.

  Exactly what we needed

  In Lethbridge taking care of some stuff so my wife and I seized the chance to have a night off from the kids, and to use the peace and quiet to reconnect. The room was perfect. Overlooking the atrium and pool area which is absolutely beautiful at night. Room had all the amenities you'd expect, was clean and cozy. Good job Sandman, two thumbs up.

  Great Staff

  There were a few hiccups with the booking and the room but the staff was so helpful that everything worked out great! Kudos to staff members; Rob, Carry and manager Jay. You are all very caring and are excellent at customer service! That really made difference in our stay. The rooms were clean, the beds and pillows are very comfortable and the rain shower -shower head has great water flow! The court side pool and area takes you away to a lush warm place (as close as one can be during covid...) the pool is warmer than most, which I truly appreciate! We will stay again
