  Great with all details

  Functional fire place, although self catering, coffee is next to the coffee machine, ice cubes ready in the freezer. Excellent warm welcome with detailed information (even with a souvenir and a small bottle of ouzo). Exceptional clean. Anything one could wish from. Congratulations.. Yet another heaven in Lesvos.. Highly recommended.. Location is just 10 minutes drive to Mitillini. Peaceful, easy accomodation with garden and fire place; and with a reasonable price.

  Luxurios accomadation

  We were two couple and stayed in a two room villa. I think it is perfect place for someone who wants to go swim in the morning but still wants to be close to the city center. Yes; the beach, perhaps is not in a walking distance, especially in the hot weather but is still nearby. There are few negative points. One is the need of A/C in the living room. The other one is perhaps a minor detail which is a noice of cars coming from outside; starting from the early hours of morning. Of course; this is valid only for the villas in front of main road ( ours was in the second lane) and that the villas in the back side may not be that much noisy. Consequenly; it is perfect a holiday villa with full of luxurous items. It is totally recommendable.

  A superb villa.

  This is our second stay and in a different villa. Villa can sleep 6, 2 bedrooms and the pull out in the lounge. Bath, hand shower, wc, basin and washing machine. Fridge freezer, full cooker, coffee machine and equipment. Indoor and outdoor eating areas, a lounge area, tv, wifi, patio, on street parking. AC in the bedrooms. The villa is cleaned after every 3rd night and bedding and towels changed. We enjoy all the amenities offered at less than the cost of a nearby hotel. Is offset from the main road into Mytilini so some traffic noise but as it isnt a deserted island it is to be expected. Most anywhere you you stay you will hear traffic on the island. We booked by email contact with the owners, great service and just a text away if there is a query.

  Not even close to a "villa", let alone "art"

  The houses are very picturesque architecturally and they add value to the scenery. However, they are not villas and definatelly they are not ART villas. Thankfully, they are truly in Lesbos island. So, they are simply houses with basic facilities with a pleasant to the eye exterior. The interior is not decorated at all except for a disappointing attempt to put some ugly, old paintings or prints on some of the walls. This is not art, unfortunately. The linen is like the ones we use at home andd you are not even sure that the pillow cases matche the sheets. Towels same story. The maids clean the house every four days and they ask if you need new towels! Unacceptable for me. This is definately neither a place for luxurious or romantic holidays nor a place for art lovers and delicasy seekers. However, families for long stays could surely enjoy these houses. There is nothing of great value for children to destroy and the washing machine and the somehow fully equipped kitcher is an asset for such guests. But still the stairs make the houses inappropriate for toddlers. Conclusively, the place is over-priced taking advantage of the deceptively chosen words "art" and "villas". Please, beware of the misleading information so as not to be disappointed. Lastly, wifi is not working unless your laptop has a strong receiver, so, if you have work to do, forget it! And we got an ashtray as a gift with the owner's mobile phone number on it. We do not smoke but now I may start it.

  Really good a bit far from city

  Only 10 kms away but nice accommodation. I found it upon a recommendation from my friend. Stayed there almost 2 weeks for work and will go again. The only issue there was parking. There is a shop near by and a nice village next to the sea. Ideal start of a day/
