Good for families!A lovely quiet complex, with extremely helpful staff. The accommodation (house) was perfect - 2 bedrooms, and bathroom upstairs; good size living/dining/kitchen downstairs and lovely little patio with table and chairs. All the crockery and pots and pans are supplied - they have thought of everything, the only thing missing was a kettle! There was a coffee machine though. Also take some washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets if you want to use the dishwasher. All the bedding was supplied (you have to make up your own beds and return the bedding when you check out). Also, remember that this isn't a hotel, so you need to take bathroom toiletries and your own towels, though you can hire towels there. The heated indoor swimming pool was a plus for our 2 young grandsons, as well as the outdoor pool (though the water there was a bit cold for them in early July!) It's close to the town where there are plenty of restaurants, and is a stone's throw from Roscoff, and also the beach is close by. It's on Brittany Ferries website, which was how we found out about it. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyable stayEasy going, good value 5 day break on Brittany Ferries with 3 grandchildren, which we approached with some trepidation . all fine. Only slight gripe was having to make up beds on arrival & return sheets to reception on departure. However, we all survived & had a good time.

Family HolidayJust returned from a another holiday in Residence Nemea , my family enjoyed our holiday very much . On a positive note the facilities at the complex are fantastic for families my Grandson loved the pool where he made lots of friends and had great fun , my daughter enjoyed the exercise classes with Sophie who was a great instructor and recommended a lovely restaurant to us , the only thing I would like to comment on is the accommodation which could do with a of decorating. However we did have a great time and the complex is central for lots of lovey places to visit.

Good quality accommodation in good locationWe booked through Brittany Ferries as we wanted to be near a beach and not have too long a drive from the ferry. On this point, this place is perfect as Roscoff port is an easy drive which is also handy if you want to go back and visit Roscoff during your stay which is a prettier and livelier town than St Pol. We had a 2 bedroomed chalet and it was just right for a small family. It does say it could accommodate 6 which it could in theory but would be a bit of a squeeze! We were very pleased with the interior of the house, all very clean, in good condition and a good supply of cooking utensils and crockery. There is also a kettle and toaster. All was very clean. The exterior could do with a bit of sprucing up though. The walkway to the accommodation is not great, shame they haven't thought to put a few tubs of flowers or some hanging baskets as this would make all the difference. Similarly with the little patch of garden that comes with each flat, it would be more inviting if it was mowed and not strewn with spiky weeds! But overall, we were very pleased with it, our daughter loved the indoor and outdoor pools, even on a not overly hot day, it was warm enough to bathe in the outdoor one and neither was ever particularly busy. The receptionist we dealt with was very helpful and welcoming but a word of warning about breakfast if you are arriving on a Sunday as we did. We were hoping to order breakfast for the Monday as we didn't have anything with us but were informed it isn't possible on a Sunday afternoon as all the shops are closed so they can't go and buy it! So either bring something with you to tide you over until you can shop or perhaps let them know in advance that you would like to order a breakfast. What we were really impressed with was the location especially if like us, you don't want to use the car much. The beach and town are both within walking distance- about 20 minutes walk each but both are also a very easy drive so it's no problem taking the car if you don't fancy the walk carrying all your beach stuff. Parking is free in both the town and the beach and there were always plenty of spaces even in mid summer. Also, this summer they were running a free shuttle bus which ran in a circuit around the town to the beach stopping right outside the residence. This was a great discovery and we used it a lot. The beach is a real bonus too, lovely sand but a bit short on places to get food and drink so take your own.

Perfect locationWe have stayed here many times mainly due to the location . An easy walk to a lovely sandy beach and areas of rock pools and also to the centre of St Pol de Leon. The accommodation is adequate and clean, the appliances all worked well and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, crockery and cutlery . The pools are clean and the staff friendly. As others have said the garden areas would benefit from some attention as its is quite scruffy and overgrown. Dont expect luxury but its is a great base for a holiday in this beautiful part of Brittany . We will be back
