  Incredible Villa with not incredible food

  We stayed 2 nights in this beautiful villa. We arrived late so no one was there to give us the key but we informed them about our late arrival and the security man had the key and brought us to our villa. Sadly this kind man didn't understand English and it was hard to communicate, we took some time to understand he wants our passport and until our departure we didn't know where he brought the passports. Also communication with the service was bad, we never saw them personally only via phone. The breakfast was also not good, we tried to make them understand we would only like to have the toast and the fruits but both days we got eggs and sausages. We woke up late so when we came to our kitchen there was the breakfast in the very hot room, so the sausages were not even edible anymore. But all that didn't make the villa any worse, we loved the villa so much, when we arrived and walked through the door we couldn't even believe our eyes, it was huge and clean and just so amazing. The hot tub was stunning, laying under a sky full of stars in our own private hot tub is unbelievable. Same goes for the private pool, you can relax and enjoy the villa in every part of it. We would come back any time, but maybe try to get them not to make us breakfast in the morning.

  Loved loved loved it

  If you are looking for a luxury villa in a quiet area this is the place for you. Couldnt have asked for a nicer place to stay. Only downside was we found it difficult to get taxis/ tuk tuks in the evenings especially as reception closes at 6pm but we usually ended up walking over to oxygen hotel and they called one for us. The jacuzzi, pool, garden and bedrooms were all amazing. A shame we only had two nights would have loved a week here. The reception gave us a mobile phone so that we could call them if we needed anything, this came in handy when we needed to make local phone calls.

  Self catering, quiet spot, probably a 4 star grading at the moment

  When we arrived we were a bit disappointed with our two bedroom villa - though it was spotless, we felt the main lounge was sparsely furnished and the kitchen area looked dated. Some areas looked a bit tired (kitchen doors, tiling, jacuzzi) and ideally could be upgraded. The cutlery and glasses were a bit short in number, mostly 4 of everything so no spares for 4 people. The pool area was too small for 4 people and the sun only comes to one side and not on pool - this obviously depends on which villa you have. The upside - After a couple of days we were fully settled and grew to quite like the villa - the cleaning maid was fantastic and the beds were very comfy. We had minor bother with the jacuzzi but this was rectified super quick by the maintenance staff. TV was very poor but we're not here to watch TV. The outside bathroom is just a lovely experience, the grounds were all well maintained and the area nice and quiet. By the time we had to leave we wanted to stay longer !! We would rate Les Palmares as 4 star and recommend a car hire to get round.

  Won't return and wouldn't recommend anymore

  I used to be a regular at Les Palmares and always found good service. I can say nothing has changed in a good way since the previous manager left. On top of not being able to maintain the standards this place use to offer, MATTIA (the new guy in charge) gratifies his guests with an unpleasant and condescending attitude. He managed to make it very clear that any request is a waste of his precious time. So I'd like to know what keeps him busy all day? Obviously not managing his staff to improve the residence in any way.

  Wow what a villa!!

  Fantastic villa in a secured location! The size of it is extraordinary and the private pool the highlight! Recommended to everyone for an amazing stay in Phuket! Thank you Les Palmares Villas everything was great!
