  Excellent and efficient service

  Given the unprecedented times at the moment, I have to say how efficient and helpful Les Douvres have been regarding a future booking. They have shown a better level of customer service that larger companies are failing to do. You certainly have my loyalty as a customer and will rebook with you at some date in the future (hopefully sooner rather than later).

  Staycation

  Due to COVID 19 travel restrictions we were missing out on our annual trip to see family and friends in Exeter/Plymouth, so decided in a short two night staycation. Choose this place as we had heard lots about their amazing pizzas. Great food and lovely relaxing time. Breakfast at £10 per person was good value - we had the bacon,sausage and egg sandwich one morning and it was so filling. Staff were very friendly.

  Stayed earlier this week for a staycation. Absolutely amazing food and rooms

  Highly recommend this place. We had a lovely room and it was very comfortable. Hotel has modern rooms but the rest of the hotel has an old world feel. Really lovely. We ate outside for lunch and then in the restaurant for dinner. Food was amazing. I recommend the steak with the au poivre sauce was amazing. Pool was quiet and we sat around and swam all day. Breakfast was amazing and after a full english didn't need any lunch the next day. Staff were really chatty, good fun and service was brilliant. Thanks for a great stay.

  Best ever ravioli

  Not only did this amazing hotel put up with me and 12 other loony friends (one dressed as an elf, another who took over from the poor singer), the ravioli was the best I have EVER had. And the staff are just awesome. Thank you all :)

  Lovely Overnight Stay

  We were attending a wine tasting dinner & decided to stay the night at the hotel. We checked in & unpacked, then went down to the bar for a wonderful glass of mulled wine. Our room was a nice double with a bathroom & tea/coffee facilities. We went down for dinner & had a brilliant meal in the dining room. The next morning we had a cooked breakfast, which was very nice. On sight parking is right outside the front door, which is good in bad weather. The staff were all welcoming & friendly and service was excellent.
