Beautiful, unforgettable Experience for our Birthday'sif you are disappointed by the Chalet..I really think you should have booked a 5 stars hotel . instead. I've been there twice and i can say that this place is absolutely Amazing and when you planned to evade from pollutions there you are in perfect harmony with Nature and you don't need a telly, no cellular phone. The Chalet has unique design elements to which i loved it, This place is Excellent in every way. Everybody should go here at least once in their life time. If you want a place to completely relax and unwind, eat and drink the best, and i should say that we were pampered by the best of staff and they have excellent rooms, service...There is so much attention to detail and a heightened consciousness about beauty and the spirit of This Chalet at Plaine champagne. This place is a little Paradise and excellent you cannot go wrong. i had all the comfort and i felt like a VIP. Its a pleasure to stay there and I would highly recommend. And We will come back for sure. And I really think that your comments are really just bollocks. If you have nothing interested to say about this awesome place i suggest to have the decency of being vague. P.s Unlucky for you coz this place ain't for jerks like you!

Adopt the pace of natureBeautifully located in the mountains amidst forests. The way to the chalets are quite sloppy. Some stunning view points down the mountains and around Chamarel. Amazing chalets, very cosy. I was there with some friends and trust me the environment was perfect. No food and drinks provided. So we also had fun cooking and baking together. Walking down to a small pond was super nice. Very well organised. The only things was that the most beautiful bath tub of the main chalet was out of order. Kindly fix it. :) At night it might be cold during winter and that is where the fire place comes handy. I enjoyed having a cold drink next to it.

Break escapadeWe visited the property last week end. Very well located and panoramic view. We had taken the large 3 bedroom chalet. Unfortunately not well maintained, we had ants everywhere. The Jacuzzi, bath tub and one toilet flush not working and it is only when we checked in that we were told about it. The over all cleanliness was not up to the standard, plates were chipped and dirty and we had to wash everything before using, the dish drainer was broken. The chairs on the terrace were all broken and we were invaded by ants. When I called to complain about it I was told that they will make sure it doesn't happen next time. I said there will be no next time and all she said was fine we are in great demand.... Shame that they can't even acknowledge their mistake, and I personally call it misleading as when you have issues like Jacuzzi, bathtub and flush not working, it should have been mentioned at the time you are booking. I just received a mail after 3 days saying that my complain has been forwarded to management.

Nature break. Chalets need some maintenance.Good for those looking for quietness and loves nature. Chalet en Champagne consist of 3 chalets, the bigger one being Bois de Riviere. It has 3 bedrooms all with attached bathrooms, 1 small kitchen with fridge and oven, 1 dining room, TV room with a fireplace. The two other chalets are smaller in size and have a kitchenette. It is nice in general but the chalets need some maintenance. Bring some insects repellent and avoid walking outside at night to avoid falling down. Not a place to go if you have kids.

We wont go backWe stayed at Bois Cannes for 2 nights with our young kids. The chalet seemed dirty and unused for a while, the sheets were stained, there was no dish liquid vaisselle or broom for general cleaning and they supplied us with only one toilet paper roll! The towels were smelly and there were erotic paintings on the walls: not ideal when travelling with kids. The air con was not working and despite giving us few tips over the phone the management didnt bother to come and help us working it out during our stay. When I complained about all this in an email to them after the trip, they replied that I should have ask as there is apparently a maintenance guy on site that could have supplied me with everything. I still find that chocking. Also, they didnt want me to have my parents visiting for my birthday as this would disturb the other guests but we didnt see anyone around at all, no wonder how it was available at such a short notice. We wont go again and wont recommend it either.
