  A gem of a hotel!

  Stayed here last week, the hotel surpassed our expectations! Newly refurbished rooms, comfy bed, warm and a great shower! Food was excellent at evening meal and breakfast plentiful! Staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome! Location to both Pleney and Super Morzine lifts is great! If we come back to Morzine will definitely return! Merci!

  Nice hotel!

  We stayed here in January. Our room was really nice and the cleaning service work was really good. Bathroom was very clean too. Also, we had a very cool mountain view from our balcony. Another great feature is the hotel staff. They were really helpful and spoke very good English. Food was on point, especially the New Year's Dinner. We were always offered different options. What else is nice, there is a ski room in the hotel. It was accessible from the street which is very convenient. The only disadvantage I revealed is the weak internet connection. It was available at the whole territory though. Anyway, time we spent here was amazing.

  Just perfect

  A fantastic hotel in a great location. The staff and service are excellent and the recent refurbishment has taken an already great hotel and made it into one of the best ski hotels we have stayed in. I would highly recommend the restaurant as the food is excellent

  Great Hotel

  We stayed at this hotel from Thursday to Monday as a group of 12. We couldnt recommend it enough. Staff were all friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean and fresh. The meals delicious. Super little bar and large lounge for us to congregate before and after dinner. Great location for getting to the gondola! We will be back.

  Wonderful stay in a friendly and welcoming hotel

  We booked two rooms at the last minute for a 4 day ski trip. The hotel was fantastically accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Despite the fact that we arrived quite early on New Years Day our rooms were ready for us and we were able to check in and get changed and hit the slopes in the afternoon! The rooms were some of the biggest we have ever stayed in at a ski resort. The bathrooms were slightly dated but very clean and had a separate loo which is very handy. The location is ideal as you are within easy reach of Pleney and Super Morzine lifts. Overall we couldn't fault the hotel, Annick was so friendly and helpful.
