  An oasis by the sea.

  Super self catering accommodation just a few minutes walk from both the beach and the village centre, with its great collection of bars and tavernas. Nice pool and lovely gardens. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Very friendly owners and good value for money. Would have liked a higher fitting for shower and bit more shelf space in the bathroom but minor quibbles. Will come back.

  1st time in Greece

  Amazing hotel, lovely and friendly, apartments lovely and clean, staff very helpful. Highly recommended, will definitely be returning, this is family friendly apartment with a good pool, they let us keep our room as had late flights with no extra cost

  Very relaxing!

  Fab 10 days here. Georgioupolis seems to have changed a little since I last came a few years ago, it seems to be trying to make it itself an upmarket resort with boutique hotels popping up. Leonidas doesnt fall into this category. This is your typical Greek apartment. Limited cooking facilities but a fab toasty maker! The place was exceptionally clean. The cleaner works tirelessly and was so accommodating - always with a ready smile and wave. The pool was on the small side but only available to residents so always sunbeds available and sometimes we had the place to ourselves. We had a studio which was great size for myself and adult daughter. Shower was great - powerful too and always hot water. Location is fab. Across the road from a supermarket. The apartments are set back from the road so no traffic noise, but its a quiet road anyway. A few minutes to beach going right, similar distance to town on the left. The hotel next door seemed lively but I never heard the noise on a night once my door was shut. I was only woke once by some noisy neighbours, but I am one who gets quite irritated by others being noisy at night as I like quiet after 11ish. Lady on reception was just amazing! Organised taxis and even let us have a room on last day till 7pm as we had a late flight home. Air con worked great though it is extra in cash - with it though!! I loved that there was no music by the pool and no bar - you could take your own food and drink around the pool, so no need to feel obliged to spend money on food and drink. If I had any criticism it would be to have black out curtains in the rooms. The curtains were flimsy and let the early morning sunshine in. So take eye masks if you want to sleep in the morning! In summary, fabulous people, basic Greek apartment, exceptionally clean, great location, lovely clean pool. Good value compared to other places in the resort.

  A real gem

  We chose these apartments based on previous reviews and I'm so glad we did. On arrival we were welcomed and shown to our apt immediately, it was bright and very clean. The beach is just a few minutes walk as are the numerous tavernas. There are also 2 supermarkets within a minutes walk. Both the owner and the lady at reception are very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, you are made to feel very welcome and almost part of the family. The pool is clean and well maintained and the whole complex is set back from the road so there is very little noise. The cleaner is very polite and our apt was cleaned to a high standard. Overall a real good value, clean, welcoming family run hotel and we will definitely be back next year.

  Greece at its best

  This really is superb accommodation in a very Greek Village. The owner George,Vasillis and the wonderful Eleftheria cannot do enough. The studio was spotless,regular clean towels and sheets,thanks Dora from Bulgaria,again brilliant. Location is a pleasant 5 mins to beach and Tavernas. It's local,it's basic in a Greek way so we couldn't go wrong. Definately goes to top of our list and there's many. Thank you all
