  Great Hotel !

  We stayed in early October with our daughter and we had a great time ! Lovely view to the sea from the room, tasy food and very attentive staff. Lots of things to do in the hotel and around the area! Loved our short walk to the harbour every afternoon... Looking forward to our return visit in May 20 !!!

  Not a 4 star hotel

  Overall this hotel wasnt unpleasant and we had a nice stay but its definitely not 4 stars. We only ever book 4/5 star hotels and this did not live up to the expectation. Room was ok, pretty basic and tidy but not overly clean. We stayed all inclusive and the food and drinks were ok but nothing to write home about. The staff were nice, particularly the restaurant staff who were lovey and always happy to see our baby daughter. Hotel was very accommodating with children, going as far as putting a steriliser and travel cot in our room. Our baby became unwell during our stay to the point where we had to call out a dr, hotel staff were great and checked on us after but considering our daughter had to have antibiotics that needed to be stored in the fridge, they did not go above and beyond to ensure we received late check out on our last day. We had to wait until the day of check out and hope it was available. Would have been far more impressed had they made an exception under the circumstances and guaranteed it before the day so we didnt have to stress about it. We got late check out thankfully, but felt very pressured to get out in the last hour (to the point where we came back from dinner and the cleaners were already in the room before wed finished packing). To summarise, wouldnt stay here again but it wasnt bad.

  We stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks.first 2 weeks all inclusive. excellent from the start.The staff were very friendly and helpful.food excellent.on the 3rd we upgraded to all inclusive.The reception staff were very helpful.The bar staff were great .svzetdonna.dominika Kevin. We really good.the other bar staff were good.but these three were very good and chatty.the dinning room staff were excellent.Anna and some of the others went out there way to help.chefs were top class always something there to eat the cleaners done a great job.well recommended.hope to be back again in the near future

  Fabulous friendly hotel

  An excellent week away in a fantastic hotel. The deluxe rooms were very good and worth paying the extra for the peaceful executive lounge and branded drinks. The only way they could improve is have the entertainment lasting a bit later into the evening. Great food and amazing staff that made you feel so relaxed and welcome. Highly recommend this hotel. Fabulous beach on the doorstop too.

  Disappointed

  We booked to go to Turkey and it got cancelled the day before we flew, so we quickly hit covid tests and booked Cyprus. I was torn between here and another hotel and wished I would of chose the other hotel. Food: Poor choice, not allergen labelled and not hot. We ate out twice in 2 weeks which I have never done before going all inclusive No waiter/waitress service Entertainment: There was none apart from a jazz singer one night. No daytime activities Room: The most uncomfortable bed I had ever slept in, had to request to be moved. Sea view nice. Safe didnt work Internet was poor Staff didnt listen to please clean or do not disturb Unless you have a VIP wristband you are really limited to drinks and pretty much ignored. Clean surroundings, pool was nice Water sports people very helpful (gave us restaurant recommendations)
