  Beware - Stay Away - it's not a REAL Lemon Tree Hotel

  They couldn't find my reservation & then my membership details in their own system (when they cled me in noon to reconfirm my arrival time) The room (so called upgrade) was the most pathetic room I ever stayed with poor washroom, no hand towels, broken almirah door and many many more issues Kanan (the GM) stepped in amd got me shift to a better room (better than this one but still nowhere close to a standard lemon tree room which I have stayed in Bangalore or Chennai or even Ahmadabad) Breakfast next day was a disaster, a parantha which never came, The cholla which was made out of cement as it was flaky and not soft, the tea which took ages to cook and a buffet which was half empty & just 2 serving and managing staff in whole restaurant. feedback given to Captain but it didn't reached in same form to Kanan. Next day, same pathetic quality of food bit better service (may be due to 2 days of complaint) it was so pathetic that they named mix veg rice as Pongal.while I always had pongal which is a south Indian version if rice and dal and lots of black pepper having a white color but here it was all yellow (see picture below) and when I asked serving stagg then she told me that this is pongal only and its theory speciality I stayed time and had poor experience and this time it stopped even that so i am not coming back and would demand a full refund from lemon tree as they cheated a platinum member by terming a poorly managed franchise as their own hotel. Stay Away, better to sleep at road or in park then being in this hotel

  Appreciation of staff

  I visited the hotel with my family. They are very much aware about the sanitization process...I want to thank Akash & Ankur at frontdesk those who treated me well...food was nice....thanks to all team members ....

  Good hospitality and Covid guidelines were properly followed.

  The rooms are pretty comfortable. Covid guidelines and safety were also well maintained. Food was nice. Hotel staff was also well behaved. In all, the stay was very much satisfactory compared to the prices they offer.

  Clean, convenient, caring.

  It was a lovely experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were clean and functional, they had taken great care for safety from a COVID perspective, the location was great. One special feature - they have hired many deaf mute persons for housekeeping and room service, which I thought was rather special. The breakfast was served in the room and was great too. Overall great hotel and great value for money!

  Good Service and Safety

  Stayed here for two nights. Service was excellent. House keeping is good, they have also got deaf people. Reception team and guards are doing an excellent job. Keep it up and will love to visit soon again.
