  Never again

  * no hot water in the room during the whole stay * air conditioning did not work in the room during the whole stay * the room was not cleaned after a previous guest, we had to clean the toilet, the bird droppings were in the room and on the balcony * during the whole stay there was only spot lighting in the room, so every night we were there in the half-light * toilet paper refilling and towel change did not work, I had to go to the reception all the time to ask to fix it (which they usually did) * there were two lifts in the hotel, one not working at all and the other breaking down several times a day * the animation program lasted until about 3 hours at night accompanied by intensive music * the daily animation program was accompanied by such intensive music that it was impossible to stay nearby a part of the pool * the cusine was not only almost the same every day, but the same was also lunch and dinner * plates, cutlery or glasses were constantly missing * except melon no fruits were available * the restaurant was not air conditioned, so every meal was like a laundry visit * sun beds and umbrellas were free on the beach, but for the whole hotel there were about 40, which, due to the size of the hotel complex, was quite insufficient * Wi-fi signal was at the reception, but the connection was so slow that the iPad reported unavailable internet * beach bar practically did not work * toilets at the reception, restaurant and beach area could not be used for hygienic reasons

  HOTELS IN ZARZIS

  Clean but public wc smells badly, mattreses ok if you have no problem with back pains, food if you are hungry, otherwise forget. Do not expect English spoken except the reception. But what really you expect if you pay 25 euro with full board? I dont know how much is the peak season , but ...

  Very nice hotel with a great price and staff and wonderful experience. Shiny sun when the beach is like a paradise so I hope return to lella meriam soon. Really Zarzis is a great place to have a holiday.

  we spend a good time , everyone is friendly and with pleasure they have good service and everything is ready we are so relaxing and happy here Good food , good views , good room , good service Good cleaning , close to the beach Super hotel Thank you lella meriam

  Excellent

  Very good hotel. I like the service, people are helpfull and very nice. Food is always on time, tasty and much things you can eat here. Placw of hotel is the best very close to the beach. Rooms are big always cleaning, every room have a good TV, good bathroom with bath and shower. I recommend this hotel.
