  Disgusting/Mold

  Place is disgusting. There was mold all over the bath mat and dead bugs everywhere. I called service desk and they said there was no one to clean the room at that time that they would do it first thing in the morning. We left that morning to do some running around and came back that afternoon to the same disgusting room. I went and asked the service desk when it was going to be cleaned and there response was to move us to a different room that wasn't even cleaned yet....attempted to change rooms twice and both rooms had an overwhelming pungent mildew order. The ending solution was having to get bleach from the front desk to spray in the bathtub so we could shower. There were no apologies given or cares even after explaining my daughter has asthma. We had planned on coming back to stay there because the race track is just down the road but we will find something else.

  Lower budget hotel, close to interstate.

  This was a low budget hotel. We had asked for a non smoking room and they put us in a smoking room. It was late when we got in, we were tired so we didn't make a fuss. At least the room was clean. Then when we got home I received an email from booking.com stating that we were a no show. I called booking.com to address this issue. I had bank statement and receipt to back me up so booking.com was able to resolve the issue. Needless to say will not be staying at this hotel again.

  Older ...

  This was a end of the trip stop. We had no issues. The staff was pleasant and helped when we needed more towels. The hotel was FULL, yes it was older and needs updating but we found our room to be clean and spacious.

  DONT STAY At THIS DUMP!!!

  The walls are stained with brownish lines on baby poop green colored walls, there were holes in the walls one of which was half assed repaired one of the door locks was missing, this place hasnt been upgraded like advertised, the door casing on the bathroom door is broken and half on and half off the wall, the furniture looks like something straight out of a goodwill store, there is rust on the outside of the refrigerator,the carpets are stained. I could go on and on and on about the room but lets move on to the staff. WOW is all I can think of. Ive seen homeless people treat someone with more professionalism than the staff here. They are rude and act like you owe them your first born!!! As for trip advisor you guys need to do more research on the hotels you represent. I wouldnt recommend this place to my absolute worst enemy!!!

  Don't STAY IN THIS DUMP

  We got a room, it smells like mold, they wanted to move us upstairs. I can't do stairs, so I want Ed my money back. It took forever because I used a card. Bad Place to stay, we left. It was mold or mildew, bad bad bad, would not stay if it was the last place to stay. Went down the road a few miles stay at the Luxury Inn, very nice place
