  Far from center

  Good hotel if you are traveling on budget with family. Rooms are clean and large. Beds are ok. Staff speak English and Russian. Nothing much on breakfast, but at least it's included. However, it's really far from center and you'll have to pay taxi fare $5 one way to city center. Walk to the beach is about 10 min on a dusty road with new construction sites on both sides of the hotel. You will not experience Batumi in this hotel, buts its inexpensive choice.

  Very Bad location & unsatisfactory experience

  Legacy hotel is less than a 4 stars hotel. Though It's a new building with spacious rooms, it's location is far from city center, between dusty roads & constructions, its bathrooms have a very bad smell of moist & moldiness that triggers allergy. Breakfast is very poor , primitive & not satisfactory and if a certain dish is empty in most of the cases they do not renew it. Mosquitoes are everywhere in the hotel. All I can say it was a very bad experience & I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

  Great Hotel close by the Sea

  Excellent Hotel, cosy rooms with great and helpful staff! Highly recommend for family vacation. Prices are excellent as well, very affordobale for summer vacation. Family rooms are very spacious and cosy !

  2 star hotel maybe

  The hotel is far from city center it has a small lobby and the very very very very poor breakfast it rooms haven't tea or coffee and shower jelly and safe box in all the poor hotel I have seen ever in the best state 2 star hotel

  I do not recommend this hotel

  I do not recommend to book this hotel. The room was dirty, bathroom was smelling and the bed sheets as well - fridge was smelling bad; inside the shelves was not clean. Breakfast was horrible, I did not see any food that was mentioned in the photos. We refused to have breaksfast and we asked the money back that we paid for 7 days breakfast in advance, but they refused to give back our money. Manager was rude, instead of listening the client, she was interrupting me all the time. Anything I complained she was answering Yeah but you paid very cheap, our hotel is very cheap. The manager needs to pass trainings for customer service and dealing with clients. Hotel is PET FRIENDLY, but I do not recommend to take this hotel if you are with a pet. They take the money but then with all their behavior they show that they did a favor by letting the pet in, even my pet has a passport and all vaccinations, also he never disturbed anyone. I cleaned my room by MYSELF during many days. First reason because the cleaners were cleaning awful and the second reason, the cleaner told me that its not her responsibility to clean after my dog, cause his hair maybe on the floor. Cleaner was extremely rude and not polite. She was asking me very personal questions which is not really professional. Once when I asked why they did not come to my room during the whole day, the cleaner said Only we decide what room and when to go. Anytime she was coming in, she was throwing on my face that my dog is smelling, my room is smelling. Thats weird and was not true. Also employees can discuss you between each other on Georgian language without understanding that my husband understands the language. When the cleaner was changing the bed, I was shocked, cause she threw all on dirty floor and then again on my bed. They can clean the toilet and without washing their hands touch your bed and pillows. Location is close to sea, but far from all the sightseeing places, there is construction nearby and is noisy. In our room the internet was not good. Also the hotel informed booking.com that I did not check in, and I was shocked cause I did and when I called to the manager to check, she promised to call me back but never did. I think its better to spend a bit more money but to not experience all the above mentioned.
