Idilic, peaceful and beautifully kept
We came here on last leg in Thailand, we had visited a lot of different places from 5 star to Patong...enough said... This place is off the beat and track which makes it just perfect. Very well designed and clean villas with your own little terrace. But I think what made this really special was the hosts. The guy that owns it was a real gent and gave us superb advice on where to go and more importantly not to go. We ate in some beautiful restaurants on his reccomendation. He personally drove us to the place to get a moped and was just generally extremely helpful and charming and very interesting. I would highly recommend this place to any couple who want some tranquillity and time out!! Enjoy

Nice far away place
The resort is far from the town but is in a good location and is very peaceful. Far away from the hustle-bustle of the town and people. Maintained very nicely and the villa was good. The owner was awesome. Super friendly guy with so much knowledge about good places and resto's. Spent good 2 nights there. Recommend it.

A slice of paradise - our home away from home
My wife and I had the pleasure of staying 6 nights at Leelawadee, and given the choice again we would have stayed our entire trip there. Conveniently located a little out of Ao Nang but only a short scooter or taxi ride into the tourist precinct we enjoyed the best of both worlds, the calm tranquility of Leelawadee and the ability to scoot into town whenever we wanted to for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Paul, Bo and their attentive team made us feel very welcome for our entire stay, with plenty of good advice on tap for scooter hire, restaurants and places to see. They would even supply a tailored map so we wouldn't get lost. The 8 units are all the same as far as I could see, very clean, well designed and spacious. The kitchen is functional and the large fridge great for keeping the beer icy cold. The pool is warm, clean and inviting. The gardens are kept impeccably. Little things like moving our pool towel rack under cover when it rained exemplifies their attention to detail. They even attended to our laundry for a very small service fee. We loved our stay here and Krabi has left us with some wonderful memories and when we return we will hope to stay at Leelawadee. Thank-you Paul for your hospitality (F and I did get to Khaothong and get the crab curry with noodles - awesome!)

Lovely break
We stayed here 4 nights throughout our 6 months traveling and wow. We would love to come back. Great friendly and helpful staff, great location for a place to unwind and relax. We have breakfast served on our balcony on two occasions, both times were brilliant with a great variety of options, eggs, bacon, sausages, hash browns and all the condiments. Pool area is beautiful with a great decking area and day bed. Guests are free to use the pool at all hours. A motorbike was easily arranged for us along with the transfer onto another island once we left the property. 10/10 would recommend and happily come back.

Did not want to leave
We are in our youthful 70s and had planned to stay for three weeks, but this gem of a quiet, clean and beautiful place , kept us there for all of our 5 weeks holiday, The owners , Paul and Bo are the best hosts ever, helping out with maps, beach mats, umbrellas, printed out tours, restaurant recommendations , car hire , airport transfers, breakfasts, you name it they would help, spotlessly clean, ideal location, (although you will need transport) being equal distance between krabi town and the beach resorts, fantastic holiday
