  I turned up late in the afternoon after a big day out in the mountain. The lady could see I was tired and quickly checked me in with the seasonal rate (wjich was at a great price). Despite being reasonably priced the room was very, very clean and tidy. Everything seems new in this hotel and its nice and bright. I didnt stay anywhere else in town so cant compare it but if I was to return I would stay here without a doubt.

  Ledgestone Hotel Vernal Utah

  I have been staying at the Ledgestone in Vernal Utah regularly for years as part of my work. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The rooms have everything you need for an extended stay - and having a kitchen with small appliances and dishes is so convenient. Highly recommended.

  what a great motel

  We came to Vernal for my mother in-law's funeral. A good friend of tour's recommended this motel. We have paid a lot more for a lot less. The Ledgestone is close to many things like the airport, shopping, restaurants, library, etc. Here is a description of the room we are in. As you walk through the door there is a mid size refrigerator, a two burner electric cook top. Has a timer switch to avoid leaving it on while unattended. There is a granite countertop with a stainless steel sink and lots of cabinets. I only wish we had looked in the cabinets before going to the store and buying bowls and spoons because there are real ones in the cabinets. Very well stocked. You will need to get your own food. There is about a six foot, stout, table and two chairs. The three table lamps in the room have outlets on them. The tv is about 36 inches with a whole lot of channels. There is a full length mirror and the closet has mirror doors. The bed has thick comfortable mattresses and an assortment of pillows. There is a love seat and coffee table. The bathroom has a tub and shower and a full size ironing board and a laundry basket. The best feature of this room is how clean it is. That is a premium well worth the price. No peeling paint or worn out carpet, no wobbly chairs or broken fixtures. First rate place to stay. The attention to detail is excellent.

  Your Lucky Day When You Stay at the Ledgestone

  On our way to Yellowstone, we figured Rock Springs WY was half-way, stayed at a motel there, and made a reservation for our return. But on our way back we made good time, so we canceled our reservation in Rock Springs and pressed on to Vernal. My wife drove while I scoured the internet for where to stay. The Ledgestone kept looking like the top choice and we weren't disappointed. When I called to make a reservation, though we weren't arriving before the 4pm cutoff, the representative took our reservation on a handshake, without making me guaranty it for late arrival. Top that off, she guessed who I was by name when I arrived! How did she DO that? Our room was CAPACIOUS, with a couch to hold our suitcases and a BIG fridge with a freezer to refreeze all our blue ice for the cooler. This room made what we thought was a decent room in Rock Springs look like little house on the prairie. Plus we got a great tip on where to go for Mexican food (55 East Main). We'll never stay anywhere else when we're in Vernal. You shouldn't either.

  Spotlessly Clean Everywhere, Friendly Staff. Stay here!!!

  We stayed here one night after driving in from Jackson, WY on our epic road trip. We were warmly welcomed and went right to our spacious, clean room, and got a great night's sleep in the very comfortable bed. We had stayed here 4 years ago so knew how good this hotel was. We'll stay here again when we come back to the Vernal area one day. We definitely recommend the Ledgestone Hotel!! It makes a great jumpoff point for places in all directions. We headed to Ouray, CO from here. We came from Jackson, WY (Yellowstone and Grand Teton). We stopped at Arches on the way here from Jackson. The Grand Canyon isn't too far, either.
