  De postal pero horrible

  Por fuera es el típico sitio austriaco y el comedor muy acogedor. El problema es que la comida es mala y cara. La carne dura, pasada, demasiado cocinada. El pan de supermercado y escaso ( tres rebanadas pequeñas para 7 personas) el queso lamentable, ni para un bocadillo. El trato tirando a borde. No merece la pena perder el tiempo ni el dinero

  Brilliant

  We have just arrived home from a week staying at this hotel, and cant fault a single thing. The service was brilliant, all waiters were very friendly and efficient but particularly Kurt who waited on us most often and the lady at reception (Im sorry I cant remember her name!) was amazing too. The choice and standard of food was good with plenty to fill you up across the salad bar, soups, main meal and dessert. The room was spacious and comfortable, we never struggled for hot water at any time and the room was cleaned daily. Because we checked out early, reception brought us a packed breakfast to our room in the evening before which was very thoughtful. The hotel is very central, about a 3 min walk to the lifts/bus station and about the same to the lake. Would definitely stay here again.

  Nice hotel in the centre of Zell am see

  Stayed here for a week - room was spacy, very clean and had a nice view to the mountains. We had halfboard and both the breakfast buffet as the dinner offered good choice and atsty food. Friendly staff. Enjoy a drink (or two) at he terrace overlooking the busy shopping street.

  Very happy ski trip

  Thanks to everyone at Hotel Lebzelter, every member of staff worked tirelessly to give us the most welcome of stays. They were smiling, funny and all round class. Generous breakfast and evening meals, all very tasty. The sports bar and keller downstairs both cosy and welcoming in their own ways. There was 6 of us staying for skiing and it provided the perfect base for our stop. I have read 2 reviews saying the rooms aren't up to much, for us you didn't need anymore. Twin beds are the norm, the shower was good, the only negative I could think of was the bathroom fan stayed on for a while with no isolation (not ideal when up in the night ) But overall, I'd strongly recommend this hotel and the wonderful country of Austria!

  Not bad at all !

  This was our first stay at this hotel which is located in the town of Zell and we were very happy with everything from lovely staff, owners to breakfast buffet to dinners ,who also had a choice of typical Austrian dishes every night. The room was large and clean and plenty of hanging space in the wardrobe. Safe was in one of them. My only, not a complain ,is that our bed was very, I mean very creaky ! and you couldn't go to the toilet and you put the light on without the bathroom fan going on which drove me slightly crazy ! Next time tho I will bring a small torch with me because we are already planning for our next visit. Oh, and don't forget to go down to the cellar bar for a drink, a really nice old place attached to this hotel. The stube' is also nice for a snack or drink but got very busy some evenings so we just went around to a hotel nearby to play some game or cards. We love Zell and this was a good find after been staying in a few other hotel in the area so yes, as I said ,we already thinking of next year x
