  Nice Hotel but a bit off

  Really nice hotel for a good price. It has a small pool, the rooms are good, however it's a bit far from the city. You could walk to the beach in 20 minutes. The people working there where really nice, however they do not speak any good English. So like simple questions like: what is the best way to get into to the city? They didn't understand. However it would have been good if the hotel could provide with some transportation suggestions or maybe offer a cheap transfer into to town. The cab driver the hotel have was incompetent and expensive. We asked him to drive us to the mall with the big C inside, that is located on the 2nd road close the beach. First he took us to another Big C, and we tried to explain to him that it was wrong and pointed in the direction he should drive to. But he kept on driving the wrong way. We again told him that he was going the wrong way and pointed. He drove us close to walking street, and we told him just to stop in couple of places but he kept on driving. At on last he dropped us of at a shopping center we haven't been in, and we didn't know where we was. He pointed at it and said food.. So we got tierd and got off... And with help from the WiFi from the restaurant we could figure out where we were...

  As a backpacker, i do appreciate offert me a nice and cosy place to stay one night... If the hotel and the room were nice, cosy and clean. Staff in unhelpfull at all. if in US or Europe you can not apply and have a job in a hotel without speaking 2 or 3 languages ... Here it is possible ! No one english word even if I haven't seen one thaï customer during my stay! So, I am very disappointed by this hotel which is just able to make your wallet lighter witout any service at all just free wifi to be able to use Google translation.

  Good hotel for family and friends

  Hotel room is nice and clean. Beautiful pool with great sunset. All staff are friendly and superb, always being helpful and welcoming guests with great smile. Hotel is only 10 minutes away from the beach and the walking street. Must stay when you visit Pattaya.

  Best hotel in pattya..With best atmosphere location area all good the staff is very helpfully and good..The thing is in hotel is swimming pool..What a pool overall best hotel..and the room was so good..The location of hotel is very eco friendly and peaceful who love to be in peace they can leave

  Great Hotel, Very good Maintenance

  This is a great hotel. I had a real value deal on 31st Dec for 3 people including a decent breakfast. This is a little far off from the main parts of the town. However if you have your transport this is a good place to stay.
