  I love Umbria

  I was traveling around Italy with my friend Elly from Florida and by chance found this beautiful resort. After a warm welcoming we were shown to our room on the first fl. It was spacious, clean and comfortable with an amazing view on Lago Trasimeno. We enjoyed a lovely glass of wine on our terrace and went out to discover the area. Fantastic I would say, the countryside, the restaurant's , the wine, the hotel....everything was divine! By the way the resort also has amazing swimming pools and tennis courts. I definitely recommend this resort and of course UMBRIA!

  Para relajarse y disfrutar

  Un hermoso complejo de cabañas, bien distribuido, silencioso, limpio, bien atendido, unicamente no se dejen engañar por el precio, NO INCLUYE NADA, se pagan aparte las toallas, el jabon, las frazadas, la calefaccion , etc, con lo que suma lo mismo que cualquier otro lugar, aun asi, la paz y las vistas son inigualables.

  Excellent stay for a family!

  Very nice and friendly apartment hotel located with amazing view of Lago Trasimone. Spacious, clean and aircondition that works (you have to pay extra but in July its worth it). Good size pool - remember bathing caps. Excellent choice of restaurants nearby (remember to book table). Absolutely worth a stay.

  Basic accommodation

  The accommodation is as basic as it could be. Nothing was provided, for example even a sachet of washing up liquid would have been a start. No dish cloth, tea towel, nothing. The towels in the bathroom could be mistaken for table linen; in fact, we did use one as a tea towel. The air conditioning was very poor and the mezzanine bedroom was incredibly hot. Also worth a mention (not the responsibility of Tre Isole) is the presence of millions of flies in August meaning sitting outside in the evening was just not possible. The enthusiastic - some may say pushy - entertainment staff put on evening activities for the children such as basketball tournaments but you couldn't play because of the flies. I have travelled extensively and never seen anything like it. So we spent our (thankfully short) stay with evenings inside our tiny and hot accommodation. Staff said people returned year after year to Tre Isole and were surprised we were only staying four nights. We won't go back and I definitely would not recommend it. No reliable wifi. Nice pool when the pushy staff weren't pestering the children to leave it to do art and craft activities.

  Not satisfied

  We've choose this hotel because we think it was beachfront and for the facilities for the playground for the babies. Unfortunately all the facilities for babies were abandoned and very dirty (also full of spider net and nest). Even the balcony was not cleaned. During the breakfast we have to hold our small baby on our lap because they have only one seat for baby that has to shared with all customers. Despite the pictures and the information on booking web sites the property is not beachfront.
