  No es hotel para occidentales ...

  Dos noches de alojamiento. Desde recepción está pensado para alojar grupos grandes de chinos, con lo que esto significa. Aún en pisos altos es ruidoso por trafico. Un único ascensor, una locura. Una bonita terraza para tomar una copa, ... si encuentras sitio y despues de subir los dos pisos ultimos sin ascensor. Aquí mismo se desayuna, pero la limpieza es un standard muy bajo, de acuerdo a los clientes, con gritos y ruido a cualquier hora. A las seis de la mañana, el personal de servicio se pasea por los pasillos con el Walky encendido a tope, buen despertador. Está totalmente fuera del centro turistico. A su favor, el personal es muy amable.

  Try Somewhere Else.

  We stayed here 2 nights as part of a tour and would not recommend this hotel. Right from the start, we found them very inefficient. Only provided one room key, and when you take it out, the power does not work to the fridge or air conditioner (a must in this climate), so we requested another room key to be told they had no more as the hotel was full (this was a lie), later we were told by our friends that they were able to get another key by paying a deposit! Breakfast was very ordinary, and the lift stops 2 floors short of the restaurant, meaning that you were forced to walk up 2 more levels by stairs to eat. Beds were very hard. The water in the shower did not drain freely, so it just kept flowing further towards the door. Noisy air conditioner and needed ear plugs to sleep. The hotel was a bit far away from the town, so we rode to town by tuk tuk, unfortunately when getting a tuk tuk back, we needed to give them directions via Google Maps as they did not know where to go.

  Not the best place to stay

  Honesty was not high on the agenda, one key to the room which also operated the A/C & Fridge. Wi-Fi down and would not supply the P/word, the maintenance man actually supplied it when we needed our room safe fixed and screwed in place. After being told Hotel was full and they had no spare keys an additional key was available if we paid a $5 deposit, on checking out it was a struggle to get the deposit back as they then decided they wanted to see a receipt for the deposit. Breakfast is provided on the 13th floor, problem is that the lift only goes to the 11th floor, not good for the elderly or anyone that has difficulty with stairs. Because of an early flight, hotel did accommodate an early check out an provided toast, spread & coffee 15 minutes prior to normal breakfast time. Still, we feel there are much better located hotels more central with better offerings.

  They offer things online that dont exist...

  This was a weird hotel. They had no dinner, or bar at night although theres photos of this on their site. Also, the spa and sauna and jacuzzi are no where to be found! And they do not offer massages. The breakfast is pretty bad (except the fresh fruit if you get there in time). Also, our room was left wide open one day - we returned after being out and the door - WIDE open. The maids key was in the power slot...The staff was nice, and the hotel was pretty quiet (Im not sure there were other people there besides one other couple).

  Very nice hotel

  This very nice clean comfortable hotel near the major attractions was just what we needed for our week stay in Phnom Penh. The Staff was always polite and helpful. All speak good English as well.. We were very pleased with the service and our room!
