  Wonderful

  We stayed here for one night. Wish I wouldve stayed much longer. The staff was welcoming and room was meticulous. Newly renovated and very clean. Beds were very comfy and the view was amazing from our balcony. I highly recommend this place.

  Really beautiful hotel with amazing view

  We went there because we found a spot, a cancelation for one night. It was just perfect. You have the view in your room to see the rocher Perce at sunset and also to wake up in the morning to see the beauty of the ocean with such a sunrise. Oh, just beautiful amazing view! The hotel, the room and the bathroom were also really clean and beds were comfortable. Because of Covid time, breakfast was prepared into a lunch box, and you need to pay for that. But it was correct. It is just a ten minutes walk from everything in the main street of Perce, restaurants and everything.

  Charming hotel

  I spent 4 nights at the Mirage in August. We had an excellent service. We have been provided with a suite. The room was outstanding, clean, spacious and also offering a magnificent view on the rocher. You also can have this view with regular room. I definitely recommend this hotel.

  Very very disappointed and too expensive for what you get

  the rooms are very outdated , the bed not so comfortable. We are on the bottom level and paid for a view , but there's trees that block the view. So the view is not from every room. The furniture is very outdated , small TV , super small fridge that makes lots of noise. Theres not enough light in the room , its very dark on a cloudy day. The coffee machine is in the bathroom!!!! WTH The bathroom door is a sliding door with no lock. The first time we used the washroom, the toilet got blocked. We called reception and they started telling us what to do !! I didn't pay 400 for 2 nights to fix my bathroom. We asked for another room and they said they were fully booked. We wanted to cancel our second night, but they said we can't since we had to give 48 hours ... so mad. The room has a carpet which is bad for those with allergies. No extra pillows. The mirror was broken, like they can't afford to change the mirror ? The only pro is that its Walking distance to the main street. Pool is very small and they tell you to book a 30 min block for your room so no one else would be in the pool except you and your family. We definitely not coming back to this hotel. If the night was under a 100$ than its you get what you pay for ... but honestly , for what we paid I had higher expectations. A hotel room with an actual key!

  Horrible place

  Let me start by saying this. Have you ever stayed at a comfort inn. The low budget old style carpeted rooms. You know the 3 stars at best. Well it is a much better room then this dump. I gave this place 2 stars because it has a great views. At least most rooms did. Ours had a tree in the middle of our view. But also because the person at the front desk was nice. This place is waaayyy too old. Rooms are beyond outdated. The cleanliness is questionable. Coffee pot in the bathroom and cups not covered. Just open cups in the bathroom for your coffee . Bathroom is a horribly old with no fan. Was this place built before fans were invented? You have to open a window in the bathroom to air the room or leave your patio door open at night (talk about safety) . Why don't I turn the Air condition fan on you wonder? Because A.C was not invented when this place was built. What kind of a hotel has no air condition and charges a rip off price like this? Fridge makes this loud humming noise very annoying. Try to sleep with that going on all night. Thin walls and you can hear everything above you. Pool is small and it is outside. Was not able to use it because you have to reserve a spot but it was too cold and rainy to use. I Paid $450 for 2 nights to stay in an old, noisy, run down, dark uncomfortable room with a partial view of the rock. Oh did I mention I paid extra to get the SUPERIOR ROOM. What upsets me is I paid for the upgrade which are the rooms that are water front but they gave me a standard. As far as I am concerned this is robbery. I was robbed by this hotel. Sink is clogged not to mention the toilet. The list can go on and on. I would not go back and don't recommend anyone to go. I would rather stay at a comfort inn at least they have A.C. I understand now why it's called Mirage because you think you found a good place then you get there and get dispaointed because you find it's only an illusion and there's nothing good. The price is ridiculous for what I got in return
