  Lunch at Hotel Restaurant

  Excellent 5 star service and great atmosphere and surroundings ! Management and staff excellent great food ! Value for money ! Highly recommend ! If looking for a weekend or holiday here in Huidong in Huizhou great place to spend your weekend with family and friends !

  A good experienc overall

  Had a nice couple days in this hotel with family and friends. Rooms are fantastic and well-equipped , the sea view from the room balcony is amazing. Front desk cservice was fast and helpful. Breakfast is alright, but more Chinese-style. Hotel can get crowded and noisy on weekends. No private beach is a minus, as well as weak air-conditioning in the main lobby. Lobby bar drink list is also quite poor. 4/5. Good for family style leisure stay.

  Bad dining environment

  Very bad experience with this hotel. The facilities are pretty good and maintained very well. However, the dining environment is totally unacceptable for the cafeteria, full of lampblack smell, poor air conditioner...No much food for the breakfast buffet. Forks, knifes and chopsticks are placed directly on the table without any protection.

  No restaurant trade so they raise the price

  I've used the buffet restaurant quite a few times in the recent past and found the price to be very reasonable and the food quality and choice sometimes excellent, sometimes only reasonable. Overall to be recommended. However, my visit yesterday seemed to show that the management are trying to be too clever by thinking if there there is not enough trade then raise the price to recoup. It's a Chinese thing that F & B seem to do. I note the price has risen by 20% since my last visit a couple of weeks ago, it was explained that even though I was a member I was not entitled to the full discount as I was not staying at the hotel then adding a service charge (this used to be included). I duly paid after a protracted check on member number, twice , signing of some receipt even though I was paying cash (why?!) then walked into an empty restaurant. The food was good and I had the company of a lot of staff.

  Stay at LeMeridien

  Great hotel with great view. A lot more thanks to Joy at Front Desk for her patience and perfect service.Really appreciate the complimentary upgraded room during my stay. The restaurant was also amazing. Enjoyable Stay for me.
