  Excelente servicio y una gran decoración además de contar con una gran ubicación muy cerca de la calle principal de Denver, Andrea nos dio una gran atención y las camas son realmente cómodas. Todos los servicios funcionan a la perfección

  Better options available.

  I would like to note I visited during February 2021, mid-covid. Staff I encountered were all polite. Summary Review: My main reason for this hotel visit was a place to sleep and sleeping in a dirty bed wirhout sheets paired with the poor check in and lack of basic Marriott perks leads to a poor rating, the location brings it up to average at best. Detailed Review: Location: Wonderful. Center of downtown. Walkable to everything. Check in: Poor. It took three different employees to actually get me checked in. They were all nice but the process took a very long time. The digital key on my phone was never activated despite my request. Marriott status perks: Poor. Im only a Gold member these days (covid), but there was no room upgrade or mention of one. There was also no breakfast voucher of any kind given or offered, not even for a coffee, despite the breakfast guarantee with Marriott Gold status. Cleanliness: Poor. The room overall was ok, but my issues are with the bed situation. There are no flat sheets on the bed, except the one you lay on top of that is in lieu of a fitted sheet. That means you are directly touching the comforter/duvet, as its your only blanket/cover option. I checked everywhere for sheets and on both beds. The comforter on one bed was clearly not clean. It had a pen mark and food stains, as is it has been flipped rather than washed or changed. I could and likely should have called down for sheets, but it was 11pm before I realized this sheet issue and I wanted to sleep. Because I did not call, I dont know if this is standard practice to not use sheets or just a house keeping oversight. Either way its gross. Extras: The hotel has a rooftop bar that currently closes at 8 that has a nice view. A lobby bar area that seemed busy as well. I did not eat or drink at either. The overall room set up was interesting with an open concept bathroom. The furniture and overall decor of the hotel is nice. I will not personally stay here again, as in this area there are many more options in the exact same price point. Having said that, I am sure Id I had time to enjoy their rooftop bar or other amenities perhaps I would have felt different. Staff overall was polite.

  Great stay

  Hotel was lovely and ashley was amazing at customer service! She was so great at checking us in and very helpful. Ashley was very sweet and made our stay amazing! We had a great time in the hotel and it was very comfortable.

  Anniversary Weekend was wonderful!

  My boyfriend and I wanted to do something special for our one year anniversary. Ashley, was working the front desk and she was the SWEETEST! She was so genuine and went above and beyond for us and truly made everything so easy and was so kind. Great customer service and I really appreciated everything that she did for us!

  Micro Wedding Event

  Can not say enough about this Hotel! We hosted a micro wedding reception here, after on short notice we had to shift the wedding plans for my son and his bride due to Covid Closures. We wanted a nice place to go after the wedding since we were all dressed up. Brittany, their event staff worked with us to plan a safe distanced gorgeous reception upstairs in one of their conference rooms, which she turned into a gorgeous space for us to celebrate. She went above and beyond to help us have a lovely event. We planned the whole thing from Los Angeles, and she made it so easy! The food was from their restaurant downstairs and was amazing! And very well priced for what you get. My guests only complaint was that the appetizers and salads were so good they ate to much before the main course. Honestly, can't say enough about how great the event staff were. Highly recommend if you need a place for an event. Also, there is a great roof top bar for after party!
