  Charming and cozy hotel

  Beautiful cozy hotel in Megeve which is worth the try. The staff is very professional and welcoming! Their lobby is certainly the masterpiece of the hotel which gives you the sensation to be in a chalet in the middle of the alps. We highly recommend you to grab a drink at the bar and enjoy it seated in the lobby near the fireplace. The room was very nice with a view to the mountains and the city. I really appreciated the Pure Altitude products available in the bathroom. The smell is amazing! The bed was very comfortable! The SPA is nice, there is a sauna, a pool and hammam. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was not available at the time of my stay. The hot stones massage is truly relaxing and the masseuse was very professional and kind. The breakfast offers you a large variety of products. It was delicious ! We highly recommend this hotel for a dream stay. Thanks again to the staff for their kindness and their professionalism !

  2nd visit @Lodge Park

  2nd time at this gem of a hotel in the village of Megeve. Starting with check-in which was beyond friendly, the room cozy with nice balcony, great bar, restaurant and the breakfast.. the best in FRANCE The hotel is in best location for exploring all of Megeve. Caroline the hotel manager invited my 16 yr old daughter and I to appetizers and drinks on the lawn. And the concierge recommended great hikes (we did 11 miles one day!). We hope to make it back again soon. THANK YOU! PS. I bet in the winter this would be amazing place to stay!

  Party hotel, avoid with family

  3 nights on the row with noise from other rooms, the staff is useless, they say we take note, but no action, they ruined our Holliday, we leave. They let 10 young people entering the hotel at 3:00am, what a surprise (for them) they make noise.

  The BEST hotel Ive ever stayed at

  From start to finish, our stay was absolutely perfect. Staff couldnt be more helpful, concierge helped us with our reservations, ski passes and anything else we could possibly want to make our stay just wonderful. We had the fireplace lodge room, which was great to come back to after a day out in the snow. The location of Lodge Park is central, just a stones throw away from lots of bars, restaurants, cable cars to the mountains and shops. We ate at Beef Lodge a number of times and the food was exceptional. We asked concierge for a number of recommendation for food and they were each just brilliant.... One day, the restaurant was further out of town and we were offered a free shuttle to get there. My Father unfortunately fell over skiing and fractured his ankle, again, the hotel were brilliant offering a free shuttle to the medical centre, they gave us advise on pharmacies, etc and also gave him a walking stick until he got his own sorted. I couldnt thank Lodge Park enough for all they did to make this holiday so special. We were here last February and well certainly be back next February. I cant wait!!!

  Great location, super team, music annoying

  We stayed at the Lodge Park for our ski holiday and found the location great. Nice rooms (toilets too small though) and great spa too. Fantastic, very friendly and very responsive team happy to help and organise anything. Sebastien, Alice and the rest of the team definitely get a 5 star! Only negative was the music coming up to our room (2nd floor room 210) despite being told it would stop at 22:00 and despite having specifically asked for a quiet room. An outside loudspeaker on the terrace was switched off immediately and after calling on sunday, wednesday and friday evenings a bit after 22:00 to ask to lower the sound, it was indeed lowered straight away. Just annoying to have to ask everytime and that hotel has DJ three evenings a week. All in all very happy with the stay and also that the team was keen to get feedback upon our departure. I hope that the volume will be properly monitored in the future and that what is sold as a quiet room will indeed be quiet room!:-)
