  Lujo discreto de montaña, excelente servicio e inmejorable emplazamiento.

  Maravilloso hotel a pie de pista, con mucho personal bien formado y muy amable, decoración cálida y acogedora. El restaurante es excelente, el chef acaba de conseguir una estrella Michelin. Algunos de los empleados hablan español, en la recepción, en el restaurante, en el SPA... Pasamos unos maravillosos días de esquí en los 3 Valles.

  6 Stars !! Amaxing. Truely a gem...

  My husband, son, 8 year old, and I spent the most amazing 8 days at this charming hotel. We left from Miami, 8 hours, connected Lisbon, 2 hours to Geneva, and then greeted by the hotel pick up, at our cost, which we chose, but was perfect. We have traveled pretty much every continent and stayed at many hotels, 5 Stars, but this one definitely exceeded or expectations. The concierge and staff were amazing, great with our son, helpful, resourceful and caring. The bar area was cozy chic, yet casual. The drinks were great. We had a great dinner, L' ekrin, * Michelin, which was amazing, with our son. The concierge, Lawrence, and others, we great at recommending to us local restaurants, where we were abke to experience true local cuisine, which were some of the best we have eaten. The ski shop is beautiful. E had read this on some reviews prior to leaving, but it truly is beautiful. Great merchandise, unique items and the ski in/out was impeccable. Francois and Adrian greeted us with a smile, were kind, helpful and provided is with 5* service... As soon as we arrived, they got our sizes and from that day on, we would go down and everything was ready!! Not to leave Paul out, who would wait for his to help us with our skis. I would recommend this gem to families or couples. Thank you for an amazing vacation!!!!

  Lovely hotel in centre of Meribel

  We hadn't stayed in Le Kaila before as it looks rather full on bling from the outside - and threatened an atmosphere full of eastern European guests staying with their nieces! In reality its a lovely - but very expensive - hotel. Staff are great. Good bars. Excellent ski in ski out ski room with the most attentive staff.

  Just perfect, the best.

  Just checked out from a brilliant week here. Not sure where to begin, everything was excellent and incredibly well thought out. Some highlights: Real fire in room Spa is brilliant, huge pool and spa Bar is calm and relaxed Ski room has direct lift to the slopes, they take your boots off for you! Breakfast buffet has everything you need Room was perfectly appointed Staff, everyone and I mean everyone was friendly and supportive. You really are made to feel welcomed here. My only negative and its not so bad is the price of the drinks In the bar is more than the ritz in london. A G&T is 20 euros. Which is steep. The lunch too was expensive, 45 euro for a salad. If they trimmed these prices I think wed of certainly drank far more and eaten more in the hotel. But hey, its 5 star, its brilliant. Will be back for sure.

  inconsistent view, not sure what to think (more like disappointed)

  This is the first time we have visited Trois Valles, and we picked up this hotel as we have expected very luxury hotel with everything what comes with it. The arrival was kind of clumsy, as there is not much space to stop, and park your car. The doormen were kind of confused too, and it was a not as professional as in other mountain retreat hotels we are used to. The reception is immediately after the entrane, and as there were many people, we were waiting in a line up to the front door watching people going item after item on their bill, and paying in cash. As our room was not ready we went for a lunch in a restaurant. Food was great but the music was HORROR. My head was going to explode. The music is so loud! What is even worse is the disturbing choice of music. You are sitting down, eating your lunch in 5star hotel, while to your ears is pumping rap music with lyrics of such content as "when I wake up in the morning I ve got murder on my mind", and going on, and on with every sond of rape, hate, killing etc. The spa area is very nice, just there is missing changing rooms, so I was appointed to change at the toilet. The breakfast is good, just quite limited selection, and you have to pay for everything regular extra. No fresh pressed juice, no omelets, egg Benedict etc included. The weather was awful therefore we had to spend most of the time in the hotel, therefore the review is quite detailed. Last but not least thing is the fitness which has no air, and is just a room with bunch of exercise equipment but not 5star at all either. The rooms are nice but when you look at the detail it is not top notch finishing. All the hangers are about to fall out from the doors, the sockets are each in different height.. (as we have been to some hotels already, and have build some homes for us I pay attention to detail) Unfortunately have to say, we would not return. The internet works only on my phone. For computer I have to use hot spot.
