  For one night it is totally okay

  +With the car you will reach the center of Cagliari in 15 minutes +The rooms and the sanitary facilities are clean +Friendly and helpful staff +Breakfast is enough for everyone -the walls are not so thick, you can hear your neighbors -there is only one bathroom for a couple of rooms. It is often occupied. -the commucation between the owner and His mum is not so good. We gave the keys for the House to his mum when we checked out. When we were on our way to the next location he wrote us some Messages and called us we should come back immediately cause we didnt give him the keys. We explained him the situation (His mum has the keys) but he always repeated that the keys were not here. That was stressful for us cause we didnt know what to do cause we already gave the keys back. All in all, the price for one night is totally okay since everything is clean and you can go to the Center by car in a few minutes!

  Warmly welcome

  Me and my wife stayed one night. You feel like at home, very clean flat and great breakfast. Close to city as well. Patrick was great host and parking is also advantage. Price is good compare the competitors. Thanks a lot!

  Excellent location near beach, clean and large rooms

  I stayed a couple of nights at this bed and breakfast. The host was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast included a variety of healthy things, room had a large tv, air con and a balcony overlooking a lovely garden. The location is great, as its 10-15 min walk to the beach and has a bus stop almost outside the premises. Would recommend and would stay there again!

  Acquaintance with Sardinia

  First of all, I would like to note the fantastic reception that Patrick gave us during our stay in the apartments. Throughout the entire period of residence, in his person was attentive attitude and help on all requests. As for the accommodation, the location is very good, 15-20 minutes walk to the beach, two large supermarkets and a bus stop nearby, which take 10 minutes to the city center, or to San Benedeto market in 20 minutes. You have everything for apartments for a comfortable stay, equipped kitchenette, all the necessary utensils. There are some minor remarks, the shower stall was defective, the furniture was broken, the neighbors were very audible, but nothing critical, therefore, despite some flaws, and taking into account Patricks reception, I put it in advance and evaluate the five star accommodation.

  Friendly host and excellent stay

  Conveniently situated between the train station of Cagliari and Poetto beach. This bed and breakfast offers a comfortable stay with modern spacious rooms and a balcony. Patrick was excellent throughout my stay and even drove me to the local beach. He is always at hand if you need anything... The rooms have large comfy beds, with a good TV, draws and plenty of plus sockets to charge your essentials. Excursions can be booked directly via the hotel. The rooms also have a large shared bathroom which was kept clean throughout my stay. There are also bus stops outside of the BNB to take you to Centro or the beach. There is a great view of La sella del Diavolo close by. Highly recommended for your stay in Cagliari.
