Cozy French guest houseThe hotel/guest house is a lovely quaint building in wood, with fully renewed barthrooms. Everything is clean is well arrange, breakfast is good with focus in fresh and organic products. Rooms in the first floor are rather small, and wifi is good but not outstanding.

A place to rememberWhen traveling, my wife and I prefer to stay outside of cities and look for charming villages containing a small hotel with character. The village of Marlenheim and Le Cerf exceeded our expectations. Using Marlenheim as our base, we were able to visit Strasbourg and Colmar. Besides the French country side and vineyards, the real draw of Marlenheim is Le Cerf. The hotel and restaurant made the stay in Marlenheim very special. The room was nicely decorated, I just wish I had selected one of the larger rooms. Next time I will. Breakfast was a treat. Dinner was excellent though a little on the expensive side. My wife and I agree that next time we travel to this area of France will stay here again.

Fine package, hotel and restaurantThis hotel is exceptionally charming located in a very charming town near Strasbourg. We chose this place for several factors: out of the city and in a nice village/town, high ratings for its restaurant...Michelin one star, and it offered very decent rates for the accommodations. We were exceptionally pleased in all regards Our room, actually a suite but we did not use the upstairs, was very good size including a downstairs sitting area, excellent bath and king bed. It came B&B and breakfast was very good with eggs to order. Street parking is available but we chose their garage, for a fee, since we had a brand new Mercedes rental. The restaurant was OUTSTANDING,

Dog friendly and very friendly staffwith an excellent restaurant (although the wine list reflects the Michelin star) and comfortable ungreedily priced accommodation. We liked this place enormously but must say the portions seemed to us gargantuan and we were glad we opted not to eat a starter as otherwise we could not have had what was a delicious dessert.

WhoWe had the 3 course menu for 89 for dinner, actually there was a fantastic, small fourth course, melon sorbet on Mascarpone cream. The foie gras was great, only the toast with raisins was a bit too simple, but the regular bread was good. The beef had a thick crust and still was English. Only the 2015 Mosbach Riesling was already to aged in the half bottle. Wine list is maybe too large and also expensive.
