  Well worth it!!!

  Wow! Wow! Wow! The owners of Le Canterie are the most service minded, kind and generous hosts. We were a family of 6 adults and 6 kids staying 4 nights. The couple catered for us and made sure we felt very happy. The food was the best I have tasted so far and it will take time until someone will be able to go above and beyond. The rooms and surroundings are great as well. It is truly worth spending some nights in this agriturismo. If you want true Italian style and want to enjoy the company of Italian hosts, go and visit Le Canterie!

  Amazing time!

  Our best stay from many in Italy! Authenticity, generosity from 2 wonderful persons: Erminio & Lucia. Special mention for the food and the swimming pool! Not to mention the views, sun set and silence! We also spent 3 hours during a cooking class with our kids. A wonderful memory! It is located close to the Radicondoli village which is handy for quick shopping and food. Also, well located to visit places like Siena, Val dOrcia... absolutely recommended if you are looking for authenticity and friendship...

  Amazing time!

  For our second stay, we stayed 3 weeks! It has become our second home. I cannot recommend it enough. We will be back! 1st stay: Our best stay from many in Italy! Authenticity, generosity from 2 wonderful persons: Erminio & Lucia. Special mention for the food and the swimming pool! Not to mention the views, sun set and silence!   Missing attention to detail

  My husband and I stayed here because of the great reviews. The location is great. Just 500 mt from Radicondoli centre. Swimming pool and views are amazing. Rooms are well equipped. I missed more energy from the owners. Erminio snd Lucia expressed to be tired from a previous group which was understandable for the first 2 days but they were tired the whole week. I had the feeling i took RBNB because there was mostly no one except at breakfasts time. No one changed the towels, the fullwaste bin, there was no cleaning services for the whole week. Also no questions about hollow we wanted that to be. I was pretty much on my own, responsible for my room. Breakfast was every day the same with no much variety. It also cost 10euros which I found expensive for cereal and some bread. I had dinner once at a cost of 35 including 3 courses. It was ok. Nothing spectacular. Do not expect to have food available. Even though that is what they advertised. They only cook if the is a big group. You need to rely on 3 restaurants located in the city centre. Overall was good but it could have been better.

  Whirlwind Tour of Italy

  This was the first stop of our 14 day tour of Italy. Three nights of pure heaven. Erminio and Lucia were the most gracious, caring people you could ever meet. They made us feel totally at home right from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean , spacious and well appointed. The bathroom was nice with the most amazing shower, made if stone and felt like being in a grotto of sorts. Dinner was an amazing fair of home cooked, locally grown, mostly right from the farm, food. Wine was plentiful and of superior quality. Really felt like dinner at your best friends house. Guarding over the estate was Huma, a most loveable but huge dog. Within 1 hour of Florence and 45 minutes to Sienna, it is perfectly situated. What a peaceful and relaxing place to return to after a full day of site seeing. Le Canterie was one, if not the most amazing place I have ever stayed at.
