November 1 nightWe stayed for one night only and out of season. We were given a sea view though we hadnt asked for one which was nice. The rooms decor needed upgrading as did the bathroom but both were spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. We arrived early enough to visit the nearby Juno Beach Centre which was full of interesting information on WW2. We also explored Luc sur Mer and thought we would have a good selection of restaurants to choose from for dinner. Fortunately all of them were shut in the evening and we ate an excellent, delicious meal in the hotel dining room. Even if you do not stay here I would highly recommend you eat here.

Great find!We were traveling early March and looking for a place to spend the night. Most hotels were closed preparing for the season. We happened in here and found a delightful hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff. Room was upgraded and comfortable with outstanding view of the beach. Breakfast was great with some of the best bread we had on our entire trip. The position is very convenient to the beaches and Caen and also has free parking. Would recommend this hotel and would return!

Lunch with friendsAfter landing at the airport in the pouring rain, it was nice to go for lunch. The view was lovely despite the rain and the staff were excellent. The food is not cheap but it is good quality and delicious. A very pleasant afternoon was spent catching up with friends drinking some nice wine and eating some excellent food.

Worst experienceWe stayed in this hotel for a night and I really regret of my choice. Such a worst experience, i think this hotel is run by a family itself, but i seriously suggest them to get all the necessary education on this job as they really need to know how to treat their clients. They treated in a way we were staying for free the least to say...We have stayed in hotels ranging from 3 to 4 stars before and never ever had a single problem. Fortunately, we had only the professionals but this time we had the quite opposite like imagine someone who's keep on passing comments on whatever you do isn't very silly. I didn't know that this hotel didn't have a electric kettle if i had known this before i wouldn't have booked this at all, people having a child under 2 will understand why. When my husband asked for a favor of having some hot water in our flask, the owner literally treated him was not good, we asked for a simple service and I don't see anything bad in it! Well, coming to the room we booked oh god it was so small and the bathroom..... we have never ever seen such a small bathroom sink in our entire lifetime! So pathetic..Initially we had a plan of booking this hotel for 2 days, but we changed our mind for some reason and i'm so thankful that we did it. Please don't get fooled of the photos posted in here. its not the same you would find there!

Nice placeStayed here for a few nights while visiting the D-Day sites all along the Normandy coast. The room was basic but very clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was self service with a selection of different items. We ate in the restaurant and were pleasantly surprised. The food was very good. A word of advice book a table on Saturday night as it seems the whole town eats out and all the restaurants are full.
