Last minute stay.We were originally staying nearby in a caravan with family but after 2 nights there we were looking for somewhere a bit more comfortable. We booked 2 nights here in the morning and checked in the same day. £80 for 2 nights so very good value. Very spacious room, lots of storage space. Bed not the comfiest but very big. Bathroom let the room down. The bath is not maintained very well, and looks like in was put in very shoddily. Water temp in the shower not great either. An average stay but good value for what it is.

DreadfulI stayed there a year ago as a convenient place on a long journey and it was fine. Now (October 2020) it is seems to be a hostel for NHS staff. Thats okay but it shouldnt be open as a hotel at the same time. Room and shower need deep clean. Entrance stairwell desperately needs a serious vacuum. Everywhere in the hotel needs deep clean and renovation. The breakfast buffet was about a quarter of the choices a year ago and although the waiter was pleasant enough it was a hard job to catch him for anything you needed. There was nobody else around. He kept disappearing. The bowls were all badly washed/dirty and I had to ask for cutlery. The tea was not hot. The bed linen, pillows and duvet are all old and need replacing. The corridor outside my room had a big mat which was pushed roughly up against the wall. My room overlooked a yard full of shipping containers and rubbish bins and flies kept coming in through the window. Need I go on?

Wedding 2020 SeptemberAfter postponing our wedding due to lockdown in April we moved it to September 2020 - Lazaats could not have been more accommodating and did everything they could to adapt to our new much smaller (30 people limit) wedding. We held our ceremony and reception/wedding breakfast here and the majority of guests stayed overnight too. Even with social distancing restrictions in place we could not have asked for a better day! So thank you on behalf of me and my new husband! I am so glad we chose to still go ahead with our special day and could not have chosen a better venue it was perfect for us!

WeddingWe had our small wedding at Lazzats, it was absolutely beautiful, the whole day was amazing from start to finish, the staff was so helpful and made everything perfect. Myself and my husband plus our guests couldnt of asked for anything better. I would highly recommend Lazzats to hold your wedding, when we are allowed were going to book a party for all the guests who couldnt attend on our special day we are looking forward to this because we know that our event will be as perfect as our wedding day x The food was beautiful , we also had an overnight stay afterwards, our room stunning, to our surprise we had a lovely cooked breakfast brought up to our room. Weddings at Lazzats are a must :-) x

Do not recommend - awful managementMy mum and dad stayed here at this hotel on the 17th January for two nights ( for hospital appointments before the covid police start) My dad unfortunately passed away the first night, despite my mum ringing reception several times for some assistance, obviously. Nobody came, despite it being a 24 hour reception service, helpful NOT. The hotel management told my uncle who went to collect my mother from the hotel on the 18th they would refund a night stay, as obviously she had only stayed the 17th and then had to leave. The management have been nothing but rude and unhelpful when we have rang asking for our refund. Disgusting. Do not recommend.
