  Acogedor hotelito cerca del centro

  Desde su acogedora sonrisa al franquearnos la puerta ,la dueña del hotel nos ganó completamente por su amabilidad,por la acogedora y limpisima habitacion llena de detalles para hacer la estancia mas grata,el baño absolutamente nuevo,el delicioso desayuno,en fin,un lodge muy recomendable para estar en familia o en pareja sobre todo si sabes adaptarte a las costumbres inglesas

  Exceeded expectations

  Beauitful, quite room, comfy bed , plenty of tea and coffee to warm us up from the frost outside. Breakfast was good and nice to see fresh fruit, would have liked breakfast a little later for weekends due to getting up early in the week for work, nice to get a lie in. Easy walk in to town and also a nice walk along the canal. Will stay again at sometime.

  Birthday treat

  Stayed at this wonderful b&b. Rooms clean and comfortable. Service excellent. Fredrica was a perfect host. Very helpful. Very friendly. Covid safe. Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was excellent. Not far from centre of chester. Excellent restaurant close by. Free parking at b&b.

  Extremely good value for money and conveniently situated.

  We stayed at Lavender Lodge for our son's wedding and it was opposite where the reception was going to be. It was within walking distance of the church in the centre of Chester and then we had no worries with taxis as the reception was so close. We were able to charge our electric car whilst there with no quibbles at all.The hosts went out of their way to make it safe and easy. The breakfast fresh fruit choice was excellent. The cooked breakfast was exactly cooked to perfection and the hygiene and Covid rules were perfectly observed. We really appreciated the fact that there was filter coffee and a cafetiere in the room. We love our coffee! Also the bathroom toiletries were ethically sourced. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There is a patio garden with table and chairs which you may enjoy if you wish.The plants and flowers were lovely even in September.

  Excellent Choice of Lodge

  We had booked two night stay after dropping youngest son off at Bristol and decided to stay in Chester on way back to West Yorkshire. The room we had was just perfect, lovely and very comfy bed, plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits, fresh bottled water too. Parking outside the lodge was ample - bit tight with a big car but did it! Walked into Chester from the lodge - a mile - perfect. Plenty of restaurants within 5 miles from the lodge too. Breakfast - wow, fruit juice, fruit or museli, plenty of toast, cooked breakfast of your choice. The owner was spot on - no fault on her. Really exceeded expectations. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
