  Good location with the impact of Covid there are still limitations on what can be done in and around the hotel but overall the experience was a very good one and I would stay again when travelling in the future

  Nice staff, okay room

  Staff was welcoming and went above and beyond to solve issues. However, there was no mattress for the cot and the room had not been thoroughly cleaned - dirt in carpet and wrappers and trash under cushions.

  Quick trip to Launceston

  Well located, comfortable. Issues with WIFI as drop outs were found regularly. Mini bar was not fully stocked on arrival and even during arrival only some things were available although we did not use, they should have been fully stocked. Apartment looked a little tired and could do with a refresh although still very comfortable.

  Not what expected from Quest properties

  Stayed here 3 nights - arrived Sunday and staff member on reception was pleasant, swapped our room to one that we wouldn't have to use stairs (which was gratefully appreciated). Carparking is either on the street or in paid parking across the road. Room was spacious with well equipped kitchenette. Following day was a public holiday and for some reason the rooms aren't serviced on Sundays and Public Holidays so by the time Tuesday came, we had wet towels and bins overflowing with rubbish. The windows wouldn't open so room became a bit stuffy so second night we had air-conditioning on but it started leaking water. Reported the next morning but happened again the following night. Hard floors were dirty, as evidenced by the state of our feet after walking around barefoot. When we were ready to checkout just before 8am, the reception was closed but a young lady came from behind reception desk to open the door announcing quite officiously that "we don't open until 8". My husband went to retrieve our car and again I was told quite sternly that "you can't park in the lane way, that's why we give you the trolley". This was said quite condescendingly and I would strongly suggest that this employee sharpen her customer service skills. Another guest complained to this same employee that a sheet of paper with all the guests names and contact numbers was on the floor in the hall ccessible to everyone, and it was a complete breach of privacy. Response was "its for security and they don't have access to the office" Overall a very amateurish outfit and not up to the standard of Quest properties.

  Worst experience

  When we checked in the room was dirty, bed unmade and still looked in use. The staff kept asking us to pay even when we prepaid, the hotel was dirty, the carpets and the lift. Didnt live to expectatio
