    Nice stay at L'Atrium hotel! Preporuka za porodice :)

    I stayed here for 6 nights during last may and I had nice experience. Design of hotel is amazing, I like it! From check in time to check out from hotel everything was great! Room was clean and there is cleaning service everyday, I appreciate it. Staff was so kind, especially in hotel restaurant, but also receptionists and my colleague manager are nice and welcome people. They helped and assisted me everything I asked, especially for ironing my clothes. Merci, shukran to all staff - Mohammed, man in night shift, guy and beautiful, beautiful lady at daily shift. In total, I would like to recommend this hotel :) Preporuka potencijalnim gostima iz Srbije i regiona u vezi ovog hotela je da je ovaj hotel u rangu nae 3 zvezdice, te ukoliko su vam zahtevi veliki, bolje je da bukirate susedne hotele El Mouraddi ili Leyla Baya. Ukoliko dolazite sa decom ovo moe biti dobar izbor jer imaju zaista lep i ist bazen, a nije prevelika guva te e vam boravak biti prijatniji. Plaa je na 30 metara od hotela, okolo su restorani i barovi na plai, marina je na 100 metara ukoliko elite na krstarenje. Yasmine Hammamet Medina je na 10 minuta peke od hotela a nudi izuzetan izbor sadraja za sve uzraste: tematske parkove, vonje kamilama, mini replika Kartagine, bezbroj restorana, butika i sukova. Inae, odseo sam ovde u okviru Gastronomske nedelje Srbije u Tunisu, te su uesnici bili i zaposleni u vodeim privrednim organizacijama Srbije koji su takoe zadovoljni boravkom u ovom hotelu.

    Worst Hotel i've ever been to in my entire life

    their service sucks, all the hallways have absolutely no lights and no air condition whatsoever in the hotel itself. The food is not cooked and had me throwing up for an hour and a half. whoever gave this hotel a rating of 4 stars is clearly insane.The beds had no sheets and they gave us only two towels for three people. this hotel was overall the most disgusting hotel ive ever been too. i requested to see the manager and still hasnt shown his face to fix the issues i had. it was so bad i couldnt stay the whole time, i had to book another hotel. please do not waste your time at this place, it is horrible & and absolutely repulsive.

    Everything is horrible. No cleaning, towels and linens are dirty. Curtains are damaged.bathroom is dirty. We can not touch anywhere.air condation and heating system are not working. Also all clicks that on heating system are broken

    Slipping standards

    The positives - great views of the sea front (sadly at night there is noise from distant parties so not good for light sleepers) - The price - The staff especially Faycal and restaurant staff who managed to bring me hot water for breakfast and a bowl of soup on request - Enormous outdoor swimming pool - Big rooms with balconies - Big beds - Hairdryer in bathroom The negatives - Breakfast and dinner was barely edible on most days served lukewarm and over cooked. The only dish I enjoyed was kamounia (lamb stew). The coffee and milk in the morning were like mud. There was no fresh water on offer only oversweetened flavoured water (diabetics beware). - There is a fridge in the room which should be a positive but not only is there no complimentary bottle of water provided, you are forbidden to take drinks or food into the hotel WATER included in this ban. I understand that they want you to buy drinks and food in the hotel but WATER surely this is a human right to have potable water?! What is the point of the fridge? - Air conditioning unit struggled to cool the room had it set to 15. - Towels are not provided for the beach - Television in the room but very dated set and no English channels. Overall this was a disappointing stay. Tunisia is suffering from the aftermath of the terrorist attack in 2015. The majority of tourists in Hammamet seem to be Russian and Algerian, standards are slipping and there are a lot of empty premises. Last year security was very visible army everywhere, not so this year. I visited twice this year and had a very relaxing stay in La Badira but chose L'Atrium for it's proximity to the beach however the beach was the unkempt (neighbouring hotels made an effort to clean up). The beach loungers like the pool loungers were very uncomfortable I did spot a cushion on the last day on the beach but this looked way past it's best and was probably not that comfortable.
