  Excelente complejo

  Las Mimosas es un complejo de apartamentos vacacionales en la Cala de Mijas ( Malaga). Situado a la orilla del mar cuenta con extensas zonas verdes, piscinas y pistas deportivas. Ideal para los niños, que pueden jugar ,sin ningún peligro, mientras los padres descansan. Esta muy ceca del centro del pequeño pueblo de la Cala en el que hay todo tipo de servicios, tiendas, supermercados,,restaurantes, medico...

  Sensacional

  Son apartamentos pequeñitos, con salón con chimenea y una terraza estupenda que da al jardín (muy amplio) y el mar detrás (se oyen las olas estupendamente), una cocina que comunica con el comedor un dormitorio fenomenal y un cuarto de baño completo, del tamaño de los de antes, es decir, más grande de lo que se hace hoy día. Es un sitio súper tranquilo, recinto cerrado con vigilancia, sitio para aparcar el coche, un restaurante donde hemos desayunado fenomenal y con buen servicio, rápido, y salida desde el jardín a un paseo litoral de más de 6km donde hay un montón de chiringuitos donde comer bien y barato, uno de ellos justo frente a la piscina

  Safe and secure.

  This was our fourth stay here over a number of years and I have reviewed this beautiful property before. However in the difficult circumstances we all find ourselves in due to Covid 19 I thought it worth another mention. We felt completely safe as soon as we arrived ,All Covid precautions were in place and observed, .The apartment was spotless ,as it always is ,with plenty of soap and hot water for hand washing. The gardens were immaculate and the pool very clean ,with hand gel before entry and a one way system for entry and exit. The staff were as lovely as ever. We got our key stuck in the outside gate ,trust us however the maintenance man soon appeared to rescue us. Thanks Salko and Mira for a safe happy stay ,hope to be back soon.

  Poor customer service

  Firstly I must say the place itself and location is lovely. We visited here last year and had booked a return trip this year Sadly due to covid our flights were cancelled in Sept - I informed Mike- customer service and initially told to book another flight Working for the NHS quarantine then became a problem as I was not allowed to travel knowing I would have to quarantine on arrival home We were then told we would get a refund less tax that Apt 8 had already paid- we were happy with this and told to sit and wait We have now received a letter stating the company and Apt number 8 have declined a refund -£450 I feel really disappointed and let down being strung along to then find no offer of refund or have the ability to visit next year if things improve or even meet us half way. I like many others have had no holiday this year and worked throughout Covid Unfortunately greed has taken over from good customer service We will find somewhere else in La Cala or elsewhere with better customer management who deserves to have our hard earned cash

  Unique: the proximity to the beach from the Las Mimosas private terraces (less than 50 metres)

  The coast with the changing waves in direct view make this resort very attractive for Northerners like us who need a sunny beach in wintertime. We have seen surfers when the waves were high, sailboats when the wind was a bit less strong and little fishermans boats when there was a slight breeze only. Also the famous walking path Senda Litoral is right in front of Las Mimosas Resort. Great for people who love to walk along the beach to the next village!
