Great choice for a nice vacation.Condo is spacious and fun. Staff is extremely friendly and informative. Location is walking distance to everything. Tour the State Capital to see the art! Buy the museum pass for $30, a terrific deal.

Wonderful every time!I think this is the fourth or fifth time we have stayed here, but the first time we have been able to use our RCI exchange so its the longest. We love it because it is so reminiscent of Santa Fe and you have so much more room than a hotel plus we love kiva fireplaces and the firewood is included! It is close to everything so you can walk everywhere weather permitting. It does have a few issues like the heat is uneven and it took forever to get hot water in my upstairs shower, but it was a minor inconvenience.

A Charming Santa Fe HideawaySummary This review reflects our most recent stay at Las Brisas, in a different unit than the one we reviewed in 2016. We own two winter, 2BR, flex-time intervals here. We bought them after exchanging in several times. According to my wife, This place speaks to my soul. Las Brisas is an older but well-maintained property featuring a mix of 20 full-ownership condos and 10 timeshare units. My wife immediately termed it, charming, and rustic at the same time. The Pueblo Revival architecture is authentic both outside and inside, and the architecture reflects its late 70s/early 80s design ethos. Las Brisas is located about 1/2 mile, 8 blocks, from the historic central Plaza, the heart of Santa Fe. Along the walk down Galisteo Street to San Francisco Street (which forms one side of the Plaza), you'll find the Roundhouse, New Mexico's Capital building, and the Executive Office building, which holds the Governors office. Other Santa Fe attractions are either within walking distance (the famed Canyon Road art gallery district, downtown museums) or a short drive/bike ride away. Two very good restaurants are nearby: Martin (dinner) and Saveur (breakfast and lunch), while the Santa Fe Brewing Brakeroom offers great craft beer and snacks. All three are on Galisteo Street within two blocks of Las Brisas. Unit Features Most units are two-story, townhouse style, attached in a variety of groupings. There are 30 units in total. Only ten of the units are timeshares, however; four one-bedroom units and six two-bedroom. One or two of the 1 BR units are single-level. Due to steps and gates, access for the physically challenged is difficult to non-existent in almost all the timeshare units. On our latest visit, we booked Unit #23, a 2BR, 2BA townhouse. The lower floor has a full kitchen, dining area, living area with kiva-style fireplace, guest bedroom and full bath. The lower level also has a convertible sofa, for a total capacity of six if needed. This may be the largest unit by square footage of the ten timeshare units. The lower level includes a sunken-floor area under a large, two-story atrium with skylight that even sports an indoor garden to one side. The open lower floor plan gives a great sense of airiness overall, while large windows give a nice view of the private front courtyard through which one enters the unit. The lower floor covering is all Mexican quarry tile. A throw rug helps warm the floor in the main living space, while a wood-bu

Location, Location, LocationA recent visit to Las Brisas de Santa Fe reminded our family of why it is our favorite place to stay in Santa Fe. The entire property is well maintained, and the condos are not only comfortable, but beautiful. Las Brisas captures the true flavor of one of the most desired travel destinations in the country. The units are furnished to reflect the local culture, the kitchen includes all the amenities and the bathrooms are spacious and clean. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, especially important in this time of COVID. One of the best things about staying at Las Brisas is the LOCATION. After a trip to the grocery store, it is possible to never have to get in one's car again. Restaurants, museums, shopping, and art galleries are all within walking distance if that is what you choose to do. Of course, there are many places to explore which do require driving and this is where the staff in the office were helpful with both suggestions for and directions to many activities. We were there the first week that things began to open up after the lockdown, and we were able to dine outside at several places within walking distance. We also were able to do food pick up at restaurants that were a mere 5 minute drive from our condo. The property is on a quiet street, away from heavy traffic, yet just a brief walk and you are in the center of everything! Staying at Las Brisas offers something for every style of traveler!
