  Disappointed in room ans service

  Have stayed here multi tines and enjoyed. Good location. Recent stay disappointing. Told at check in - no breakfast, no daily room cleaning or towels,. Learned later only one bath towel in room for two people , Had to wait for delivery. Ice maker in refrigerator didn't work. Next day garbage bags in hall most of day because no cleaning service. Will be seeking another hotel next trip. Really too bad!

  Disappointing

  I should have know by the people hanging out in the parking lot (there were a lot). The website made it look much nicer but the rooms, hallways were outdated and didn't feel clean (or safe). I checked out in about 5 minutes knowing full well that I had a non-refundable reservation. The front desk staff was very nice and I felt badly for them. Would never go back...

  Perfect Stay as usual

  Overall great experience, from the friendliness of the staff, to the cleanliness of the rooms. I stayed on the 4th floor in a very quiet room that came along with a full kitchen, which was very convenient allowing me to actually cook meals instead of being forced to eat out each of the days. The hotel also seemed very committed to guest safety in regards to Covid-19 which made the stay a lot more comfortable. This will always be my hotel of choice when staying in the Sacramento area.

  Good for an Extended Stay!

  Larkspur Landing in Sacramento was a perfect place to stay for an extended visit. The location was perfect for us to take care our business during the week. There are many restaurants available to serve Take Out while COVID has restrictions with NO dining inside. The room was comfortable with a separate bedroom adjacent to a living room with a Pull Out Sofa & chair, plus a kitchenette with a Microwave, Dishwasher & Refrigerator. Luckily I brought my own soap, as there was none provided in the room. There was Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Lotion available. The bed was comfortable with very nice linens. We did not use any of the facilities. The staff was very nice.

  This place should not have 3 stars

  Just checked in to our room at this aged smelly hotel. The room smells like cigarettes and mold covered up by bad air freshener. Opened the fridge to put my drink in and there was a chewed up apple from the last guest. Disgusting. I have no clue how they have any good reviews or have more than 2 stars:
