Great place!I travel from Northern California to the bay area frequently and the Larkspar landing properties are my very favorite. The management of this particular hotel is amazing and dedicated to extremely good customer service. If I ever have any trouble the response from management is beyond helpful. I love the suite format, Saves a lot of money on going out to eat. Ive stayed at several of these and Campbell has been recently updated and is pristine. Its like youre staying in a brand new room. Reasonably priced and just perfect for a getaway. Highly recommended.

Very Nice Hotel, Especially for the Price, (Silicone Valley) Easy Access to Multiple CitiesHad to come up to Los Gatos for several days, and looked around for Hotel's and saw the Lakespur Landing in Campbell. Reviewed the location, reviews, and rates and decided to get a one bedroom. Majority of the time when coming to Silicone Valley during the week, is hard to find any hotel for under $225 a night. However was able to book a room for under $140 a night. The hotel is located at Hamilton Avenue and Montegue Expressway, so easy access to Los Gatos, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, and of course Campbell. The staff was very friendly when checking in, and the rooms are nicely furnished, and roomy. There are TV's in both the living room and the bedroom, and there is also a small kitchenette, with cooking ware and dishes. The rooms are clean and spacious, some of the furniture will need replacing soon, but overall very happy with the accommodations, especially for the price. Getting a one bedroom with Kitchenette and more room, then would get for a normal hotel room, at about half the cost. There are several places to eat within about a mile, and there is also a Jack in the Box across the parking lot from the hotel. Overall a great value, and nice accomodations ...

Your health is of no consequence to Larkspur Landing... You're on your own.I will never stay at this hotel again - and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are posted signs on the doors, informing people that they should not enter without a mask. There are posted signs telling people to wear a mask at all times when in the hotel, in public areas. During my week stay at Larkspur Landing in Campbell - where I was staying to plan and attend the funeral of my mother who had just died fromCovid-19, I saw many, many people in elevators and in hallways without masks. I saw housekeeping staff in elevators and in hallways without masks. I was shocked and furious that this hotel did not enforce their own rules. Disgraceful! I felt like I was living in a petri dish. . There were bags of trash inthe hallways and near elevators. My room was only cleaned once during the entire week. I found an old 1/2 eaten sandwich under my bed. San Jose is currently a 'hotspot' for the coronavirus. This virus kills people, There is no vaccine, there is no cure. It is easily transmitted. Larkspur Landing has a responsibility to keep all of their guests safe. At this time, they do not. They do not impose any consequences for those who act irresponsibly. They must tell guests, if you are seen without a mask anywhere on our property, outside of your room, you should be evicted immediately no refund. Anything short of that, you are giving people free reign to do whatever they want. There must be consequences for bad or dangerous behavior. I saw none at all during my stay. I will never again patronize this hotel - or any Larkspur Landing location.

I thought smoking in the hotel was against the law?I'm still here. We've come from the fire up in Santa Cruz mountains, needed a place. This place, no exaggeration, reeks of Weed! Especially near the front desk but it comes in through the air conditioning too. If we didn't need to be here, we'd be gone. What a shame too. This place used to be much nicer (we've stayed several times before). Notice how the manager only responds to the "good reviews?" Yea. That's where the level of care is, only if you like them. Sounds like someone else we all know???

Disgusting. Completely unsanitary. Shocking neglect.Never again. This place was beyond disgusting. We had to move rooms twice before settling on one. The fourth floor reeked of cigarette smoke and our first room was downright scary. It was obvious that in the past the door had been forcibly opened and so it did not shut properly. There was a dark red stain on a sofa chair and more red stains inside the drawer of the bedroom nightstand. We asked for another room. Out of convenience we stayed on the fourth floor and moved across the hall. This room had an odd smell. It also had stains on the bedroom curtains and on the walls in the bathroom. The wear and tear on the furniture was severe: blackened dirty arms on the couch, marks and dings all over the wooden furniture. I returned to the front desk clerk, who I must say was polite and accommodating, and asked him to pick the third room hoping for better luck. We ended up on the second floor. There were a few trash piles, empty boxes and such, outside doors in the hallway, but at least it did not smell of smoke. Carpets were dirty and stained throughout the entire hotel. In the room, I ended up having to wipe down commonly touched surfaces which were all sticky (refrigerator, remote control, kitchenette counter, etc.) And there were stains, yet again, on the sofa bed which my kids had to sleep on. I asked for an extra blanket at the front desk to put directly on the stained mattress and put the sheets on top of that. On a minor note, the room only had 1 partially used roll of TP and no paper towels. We were scheduled to stay 2 nights, but canceled our second night and found accommodations elsewhere (which were fantastic btw and at the same price). We had previously stayed many times at Larkspur Landing in Sacramento and always had a great experience, so I trusted the name. It is hard to believe in the times that we are living with a focus on guest safety, enhanced cleaning and disinfecting procedures that this type of shocking neglect takes place. I regret not taking pictures.
