  EXCEPTIONAL for the price!

  We stayed here from the 8th-16th of September and really enjoyed our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the stunning and modern room which was clean and well kept. Staff are amazing and thoughtful e.g remembering your name. What REALLY impressed us (despite complaints on here by ignorant, unsafe individuals) is the enforcement of mask wearing around the hotel and all over Rhodes itself. So important to keep one another safe and keep tourism in the area, their safety measures is what avoids having the island on the England quarantine list. So with that being said a MASSIVE thank you to all the staff for this, keep it up! Thank you to John (night security) Matteo, Marta, Lara and Camilla (sorry we cant remember everyones names). You all made our trip a memorable one! P.S loved the game of darts on our last day :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

  Great vacation

  We were staying in this hotel in July and were surprised of how everything is perfectly arranged and organized under such non-standart conditions. Everything is thought out and everything is taken care of. We travel a lot and never write reviews, but we want to prise this hotel- the staff works hard and trying to make everything ok. We even forgot that therewas a pandemic somewhere. Order and cleanliness everywhere, restrained and polite service. In additional- wonderful island, amazing sea and hotel's location- what else is needed for a wonderful vacation.. Thank the hard working staff and wish things got better next year. We will definitely be back.

  Just ok

  Where do I even start when we arrived was given a terrible room which we stated was for 3 quests and was only given a double bed the food is terrible as they only seem to cater for Italian guests and not even think about English guests which isn't how a hotel is suppose to run the pool is nice but defiantly wouldn't be staying here again not worth the money and not even full board and the fact you have to pay for WiFi and pay for extra drinks maybe they should think about all there guests and not JUST yhe italions

  Lovely stay

  We stayed here 17-24 September and were really impressed. We arrived around 10pm and was given a tour & packed lunch with water because we'd missed dinner. The room was clean and modern and we woke next morning to spectacular views over the pool and sea in the distance. Breakfast,lunch and dinner provided plenty of choice including fresh salad,fruit and a cooked to order dish and the restaurant greeter remembered our name each visit! (Tea/coffee/juice is served at breakfast, wine/beer is served lunch & dinner. Also soft drinks & small snacks are available inclusive from pool bar. All the staff were friendly and welcoming from restaurant to gift shop & cleaners. We also enjoyed the aqua-gym workout with the very hardworking Marta! Be aware that the location requires a taxi ride if you want to visit bars etc (taxi to Lindos costs around 15 euros but worth it!) Only negatives would be no kettle in your room for morning drinks and as we were there for a wedding needed an iron for our outfits but one wasn't available. WIFI is 15 euros (one person at a time only). Overall was a lovely peaceful place to stay, regularly cleaned and covid19 practices in place.

  Great hotel

  Honest review including positive + negative points. So I have stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks half board. Room 124: I had great clean room with visitors (red ants) once as I left ope crisps in the room (totally my fault) but they can access your room if they try. The bed was comfortable and slept well for 2 weeks with no issues. Room service every 2nd day. Food: I had breakfast and dinner and I could not complain about the food at all there is enough options for everyone to choose from either breakfast or dinner, the options were there. My only disappointment with food were CALAMARI over fried and dry shouldnt be there... other than that I was happy and never left the restaurant hungry. Reception: Very helpful from start of my holiday till the end. 1 point to mention, I have called this hotel 1 day bonfire arrival to ask if the have Iron and they said there is on iron in the hotel which is to be used by all guests. On my arrival I have asked them if they have it and they said some guest took it and waiting for it to be returned, they took my room number and said they will let me know... unfortunately I havent seen iron for 2 weeks and no one got back to me either. Pool: Very nice clean area with enough sun beds, no one was selfish in the are to claim the beds with towels so there was always sun bed available all day long. Disco bar / Pool bar Variety of drinks at the bar (not all inclusive) but cocktails to die for... every cocktail I had was amazing experience (I had loads) each cocktail gave me experience of flavours and every single one of them looked amazing. Moravio is THE MAN of Cocktails and definitely knows how to deliver the holiday experience. The pool bar was very nice and also plenty of drinks available from cocktails to coffees and ice creams. Also all inclusive SOFT drinks + snacks available. Camilla was always happy,polite and made everything she could to make people happy. Animation: I have been to few hotels which had animation team and facilities for good animation experience. Unfortunately not the best one here, more work needs to be put in to design of the stage as its very poor. The animation evening program is not everyday so you are left every Saturday without animation. The girls tried their best to keep everyone included in the evening program and also at the pool. Marta and Lara were very friendly but spent most of the time with Italian guests while not too bothered with rest of the nationalities. Beach/Area: The beach is very short walking distance its not the best beach but there are beautiful beaches around if you choose to rent car, scooter or bike which are all available at the hotel. Other than that there is not much around the hotel so dont expect restaurants or many shops even though there is one market at the beach and in the hotel. Overall I had great time and totally forgot about the madness in the world staff and hotel had good hygiene all around and following the covid safety rules. Now the main question... would I return to this hotel... definitely YES.
