Fawlty Towers!This hotel has great potential but is sadly very badly in need of some TLC. It is not maintained and looks as if it was once a great hotel. At the time of my visit the amenities on the outside of the hotel appeared derelict, the pool empty and weeds cracking through the surrounding areas. The electrics were dodgy, there was no hot water for 5 hours one day, the toilet seat fell off, the toilet flush fell off, and at times the flush did not work - either running continually or no water! The customer service actually appalling. The staff were polite but incompetent. The hotel could not provide change for anything in any currency, and so in effect overcharged. The internet very intermittent, the external door unsafe. The food was extremely basic in quality and quantity having virtually no variety. There was no choice of wine other than red or white (no label or type!). Some foods and drinks ran out before all guests had served themselves, as did the available crockery! The room itself was very nice indeed and so was room service, so the rest was a shame.

The hotel must have seen better times.Arriving at the hotel, we have been shocked, The garden and the pool (without water in March) were run down terribly. Inside the hotel, it was better. The building must have seen better times. The hotel did not have many guest. The food choice were small, but we found it quite good. We did stay 4 nights, but the menu changed only slightly. We would not choose it, to spend our summer holiday in it.

Water park seriously declinexWe've been here a few times over the past 5 years but I won't be going back in future. Prices have increased to 30tl per adult and 25tl per child although that includes a drink of your choice. There are no inflatables for the red tube slide which means it is pointless, the yellow and green slides are severely leaking and look unsafe. There are no longer steps to get in and out of the large pool making it difficult for older people to get in and out. The toilets are very very grubby, no soap etc. The place needs come serious TLC and lifeguard presence!

Rude Staff and disgusting hotelHotel manager rude and clueless..other staff members take example by this and shout at you..booked for one night on an all inclusive basis. when checking in we were told to go to the aqua park for lunch as it part of there all inclusive only to be shouted at and have money demanded from us by a staff member working at the aqua park..nothing was done when we reported this to the manager.. we was then told to go to another part of the hotel and they would arrange our lunch for us.. A meal of raw chicken and cold rice and some sort of slop was brought to us..the chicken still had blood coming from the inside..the waiter seemed very embarrassed so we went down to reception to inform them only for the manager to come and be very rude to the point of my wife asking for our money back so we could leave.. we had been at the hotel for 2 hours and we still had not been able to have any lunch. what came next was unbelievable, we were taken to managers office to then be shouted at for not eating raw chicken because north cyprus chicken is different from any other chicken..the manager said it is ok to eat pink and bloody.. the chef even came down with the pink chicken and agreed with the manager that it was ok to eat as it was north cyprus chicken lol..he said he had cooked it his self a few hours before... we had had enough and asked for our money back only to be told that we paid 400tl and could have 0 back because we had used the room to put our suitcase in...theres more lol,,,next after an hour in managers room they offered 100tl back..we said we wanted all our money back as we had not used any part of the hotel or eaten anything..the offer then went to 150tl..another hour of excuses from the manager past and the offer went up to 200tl...by this point our children was getting very distressed and wanted to go..they just kept making stupid excuses for them not to give us our money back....We had to take our little girl to the toilet so left the managers office and he slammed the door behind us and we heard something smash against the wall and him shouting.. the stress from this all led to my wife fainting in reception and an ambulance was called.. meanwhile the manager was still making excuses and trying to tell us to leave as my wife was laying on the floor.. finally after another hour and my wife coming round and being told to go to her own medical doctor, the manager said take 300tl..by this time we just wanted to get the hell out of there and to the doctors so we left the hotel 100tl down, my wife feeling very unwell and her birthday ruined and my children very upset.. THIS HOTEL IS A DISGRACE AND THE MANAGER AND STAFF ARE RUDE AND CLUELESS.....PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL..

HoneymoonThe honeymoon suit was paid in advance. They gave us a room with no electric, cooler or drink. My husband went to take a shower to find out that the shower was broken. I was thirsty and there was not even A drink. Had to leave 6am in the morning. Worse place ever. We ended up renting another hotel and they refused to give us refunds.
