  One of the better hotels that caters for Westerners

  Second time I've used the hotel. Rooms are twins or single. I don't think they distinguish from smoking or non smoking rooms. The room we had included ashtrays but the room did not smell of smoke (thank goodness.) Rooms are a decent size, include toiletries and have a decent separate shower with good hot/cold water flow. Rooms come with a kettle and some teas (bring your own if you prefer Ringtons!!) Rooms have fridges (bring milk,) have air conditioning and writing desks. Flat screen tv that powers up via a switch next to the bed. All channels are Chinese. Breakfast is available for early birds but there are plenty of eating places outside, depending on taste. KFC and 'KFC' chinese equivalent are close by for those that haven't become accustomed to noodles and rice. For those that like to sample local fayre, the fried rice, noodles and dumplings are tasty and edible from the many foodshops outside. Hotel caters for business meetings and has it's own restaurant. Trying the restaurant at another time that I will comment on separately as it's available to all. If you find yourself in this neck of the woods and want somewhere decent then check this out.
