  Simply Beautiful and Peaceful

  After touring a lot of italy we thought being in the country side for a couple of nights while visiting Ancona would be nice. It was a great idea! This place is absoloutely breath taking. The rooms are beautiful, nicely decorated, with so much attentiob to details. The rooms are also comfortable and large. Our suite had a bedroom as well as a sitting roon with bar and tv. The grounds are absoloutely stunning and well kept, the hotel is surrounded by rolling hills and mountains making the views gorgeous. There are three horses as well not to ride but nice to see! There is a free breakfast which is delicious, home made and fresh! Yogurts and jams are all home made. Wi-Fi also included with strong connection. This place felt like home very quickly. It cannot be compared to a typical hotel because its not like one. Its more like a beautiful home with lovely hosts. This is a great place to stay if visiting Ancona area or otherwise. If staying here you would need to travel by car as it is remote. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

  PERFECTION!

  We have stayed in many farms in Italy over the past five years, and Helene and Filippo certainly impressed us! Our room was beautiful and spotless (top floor), and Filippo carried our luggage up many stairs. Helene was the perfect hostess! Although we were the only guests before the start of a busy season, we were treated with the most wonderful freshly prepared dinner and breakfast. Thank you so much! Sure wish we could have stayed longer!

  An oasis of tranquillity

  Philipp & Helène worked very hard to renovate this house in the hills, about 20min drive from Ancona. Every room have been decorated with excellent taste, they are all very cosy with a beautiful view of the rolling hills. All the usual amenities are provided, including a very nice open air swimming pool in the summer Philippo is also an excellent chef, he is delighted to prepare a nice meal for you with the products of the region. Had the best carbonara & ravioli Bolognese...

  A perfect little paradise!

  We loved everything about this place. Helene and Philippe are wonderful hosts. Their goes a lot of attention to detail in making sure every aspect of your stay is fabulous. The house is very homely and we especially enjoyed and the different places where you can relax and read a book or drink a glass of wine. There is the conservatory for the morning sun, the swimming pool and garden during the day and the veranda for a late afternoon tea or aperitivo. Phillipe is a fantastic chef how takes great pride and pleasure in cooking wonderful meals. We stayed to have dinner here three nights out of our six. Helene is just the perfect host for this house. She serves a lovely breakfast and you can feel the love that went in to decorating the house and gardens. The location is great for visiting the beaches and cities nearby. We especially recommend Senigallia, Sirolo, Jesi, Offagna and Numana. Dont hesitate, book now and enjoy your stay!

  Excellent Hospitality and Vegetarian Friendly

  Truly a memorable experience! Normally I don't really stay at b&b's; as I really want some privacy etc.; but this is just amazing. The way the owners welcome and treat you during the days you're there is just fantastic. A good balance between genuine hospitality and independence. The property is beautiful; as is the pool and the surroundings. The breakfast is just special as a lot of the products are locally made and baked by the owners and it's all fresh. Especially the bread.....wow! As we are vegetarians it's not always easy to find something in this area; but the owner who has been a chef for his whole life has had 20+ years experience cooking vegetarian meals. Wow; what a delight; such quality. Fresh, interesting, innovative; just delicious. The pool is of exceptional quality which we really enjoyed. If we felt like an espresso or capuccino......they come and serve it right by the pool....and for free!! All in all; we enjoyed this a lot and would most certainly come back just to relax, eat, drink and swim. Thank you for your genuine hospitality and the special treatments (we got an extra little basket of home made biscotti on our way out just because she knew we loved it...)
