  Terrible

  This is not a 4 star holel. Maybe 1 star hotel. Service and breakfast is apalling. Its mid of nowhere and cost of min. $20 each way in taxi. No tour guide info. Photos dont do justice. Tours charge extra to pick up from this hotel. The rating is very much inaccurate.

  Perfect!

  Great hotel, great facilitys and great staff! Very nice clean rooms with great views! Helpful and very friendly staff and lovely food from the restaurant. Will recommend transport but if not they have a taxi service that is very cheap. Has a nice swimming pool and small standard gym, Enjoyed my stay very much will definitely recommend.

  It's good but

  Stayed in the honeymoon suite and was pleasantly surprised to find the place decorated with petals. Maybe the balloons should have been left out. Pros - good view of the city and distant sea - nice room - good bath jacuzzi in the room - first experience so nothing to compare with Cons - windows needed cleaning - ledges needed cleaning - cannot connect mobile to the TV - the bath takes over an hour to fill - toilet should have a ceiling to help reduce noise - swimming pool not very inviting - breakfast a little limited for vegetarians

  GOOD HOTEL , BUT LOCATION IS VERY BAD

  good hotel , but location is very bad, break fast good, but you will not be able to get any city bus or any service near hotel, yes there is 7*11 store is also there near hotel.You have tp take bike or car from hotel on rent, its rent is also too much

  Lovely Getaway From Patong

  Me and my girlfriend are doing 3 weeks in Phuket and loved this hotel as it allowed us to get away from the touristy places and just chill out. The Hotel is out the way of anything and located up a hill. The hotel looks brand new so it must of just been renovated. The hotel staff are so polite and kind away helping us. Theres a nice little gym and pool to chill out at and Also a few nice lounges and seating areas with amazing views to chill at too. The hotel offer free transport drop off and pick up to selected locations which we made use of everyday and was amazing as it really saves you some money on taxis. Recommended for a nice few chill days!
