  Good price, great location

  We were really pleased with this place. It is basic, clean room, air/con and fridge. Really close to the beach. Can't recommend Ko Lanta enough. A quieter island but so much nicer than Ko Phi Phi and much cheaper-paid 500 baht a night and really cheap food and drink on beach front. Just a chilled, beautiful place. Ask for Long Beach when you arrive at Lanta port! One of our favourites!

  Great bungalows, great location and great owners

  We stayed here 3 nights and wished we Could stay longer. The owners are super friendly. The bungalows are good sized, very clean and good airconditioning. Its a 30 seconds walk to the lovely long beach with great bars and restaurants especially thai cat. You can also rent scooters at lanta arrow house. Would defintely recommend this place the location is superb. We will defintely Come back and stay again.

  20m from beach, newly refurbed room, ideal

  Perfect location 20m from beach & also little community & minimart area with very chilled out shack bars. Room newly refurbed, spotlessly clean and huge bed, drying line outside on balcony, seats & table too. Would have given 5/5 stars but I booked bungalow (only rate available on any booking site) but on arrival was told I was in a room - read this in other reviews so expected it & fine for me. 850b per night for air con room not bungalow, I ended up staying a week & loved it. Eat at SanSunSet bar, great food & cocktails

  Cheap&great

  Cheap&great place to stay in koh lanta. Pink and boss will help you with everything you need. Really close to the beach and a nearby mimimart that have all the basic stuff you can need. Really great for its price.

  All that you need

  It's not 4 or 5 star hotel, but for what it is , really great value for money. The location is just excellent:Close to the beach and close to the mini mart and close to beach bars and party places... but you get no noise of the life outside in your room. I had booked a double bed room with air con on ground floor. The room is very spacious and clean. Room service every 2 days. Staff are very helpful and friendly and will sort out everything you need. They live close by and you can reach them even when reception is closed The shower could do w with some improvement but apparently badly designed wetrooms are something of a norm in koh lanta. The bed is super comfy and not at all those hard thin mattresses that I was warned about. If I go to koh lanta again, that's where I will be staying
