Convenient locationThis hotel is located in Dengkil, to the south of Putrajaya and Cyberjaya. It is a budget hotel, located in a convenient neighbourhood. It is on the second and third floor without a lift. So, no easy access by the disabled and elderly. It is also challenging if you have huge luggage. On the ground floor are BSN and RHB. KFC and Ayamas are at the opposite block. 99 Mart is nearby. There are also several budget eateries nearby including a mamak restaurant and the famous Hainanese pau shop of Dengkil. Good for short stay.

Hotel of last resortIf you really absolutely have no choice but to stay here, at least make sure you stay at the main hotel instead of letting them stick you in their so-called extension, which are renovated rooms above a celcom shop!

AN AVERAGE STAY ONLYI would say that this in an average place to stay in case if you would need to transit at KLIA or KLIA 2. Nothing much friendly around no shopping except for a single KFC outlet in the surroundings. This place does not have an elevator with the receiption location on the mezzanine floor.

whelmingneither overwhelming nor underwhelming,I stayed here for four nights as I was attending the MOTO GP which is held at Sepang Circuit which is around half hour drive from this hotel.I used UBER to get around and none of the drivers had an issue finding the hotel and fares were reasonable,MUCH CHEAPER THAN TAXIS. The room was clean however there had been smokers in before me and I had asked for a non smoking room.Tobacco is dirt cheap in Malaysia and many people smoke and think nothing of it and are happy to force their smelly habit on others. After a while with the windows open the smell was gone. The room had a good shower with plentiful hot water, the AC worked well which is a must in this part of the world as the humidity is very high. The bed was clean and comfortable and the TV worked, with a few local channels to choose from with no cable TV and a fuzzy picture most of the time.I did not care I was not watching it anyway There was a machine that dispensed hot and cold water down the hall from my room, this was handy to make my own coffee as I did not care for the unbranded type they provided. The hotel is situated in what could be described as the CBD of a small rural town, there is a lot going on outside the window with late night food sellers and general comings and goings. If you are a light sleeper I suggest you stay elsewhere as this place is not exactly silent.I was fine with it,others may not be. The staff that I saw were friendly and since I never asked for anything I cannot comment on the service. My room was cleaned every day so no issues there.Apparently breakfast is provided in a communal dining area but I chose not to partake so cannot comment on it. All in all a pleasant enough place for those who do not want to spend a lot of cash and do not expect too much. Ya get what ya pay for!

Average stayThe room was basic, clean and comfortable. However, standard room has no desk and windows. There were mosquitoes in the room and bathroom which most likely came in via the ventilation fans opening. Good thing was ironing and water refill facilities are provided along the walkway. Simple breakfast was provided to kick start the day. Do note that there is no lift and reception counter is located at the 1st floor. Room facing the main road can be noisy. The hotel is located at Dengkil, a small town near to Putrajaya/Sepang/KLIA. Basically, it is a stop over place or transit to nearby area such as Paya Indah Wetlands, KLIA, Putrajaya etc. Nothing much around the hotel excepts some eateries, KFC and 99 mart which are walking distance.
