  Poor hotel with dirty rooms and low levels of service

  ELuckily only booked in for one night. Room was old fashioned with dirty marks on linen and mould in bathroom. Breakfast was of a v poor standard and at check out we were accused of making local phone calls at 2am!!

  Room is okay, the basin was blocked, no complimentary breakfast included.

  This is the 2nd time my hubby and I stayed in this hotel in Guangzhou. The first time we stayed in this hotel was in end of August, for 1 night. At that time, the room was facing the seaview, the floor was carpeted, and there was LCD tv in the room. However, this trip we went, the room facing the seaview was fully occupied due to the trade fair going on in Guangzhou. The price was double the normal price, and we were only given a room with wooden floor, old tv, and the basin was blocked. On the 2nd day, my hubby informed the front desk that the basin in our room was blocked, and asked them to send someone to fix it. However, after fixing, the problem was more or less still there. Another downside is that except for people who attended the trade fair in Guangzhou, there was no complimentary breakfast given.

  Don't Go There

  The rooms are old and run down, even the towels have holes in them! They don't even supply complimentary water. Although there is wifi it is so slow you cannot use it. The service is terrible when they can be bothered to do anything. At the end of our stay the porter was made to take our suitcases to the taxi by the manager and then he just threw them in!

  Good Location

  We checked in this hotel on 27/08/2015. Good location.Near Yue Xiu park and Zhenhai Tower.The Family Mart next to lobby is really convenient.Close to 24 hours MCD & Chinese seafood restaurant which serves great food.The room is big and clean.We have a comfortable & wonderful stay here. Need improvement : Tasteless breakfast & Wifi very slow.
