  Good hotel with a fantastic location. Walk everywhere.

  Check - In - Was on par with other hotels. Was the room clean - Yes, the room was clean Was the bed comfortable - The bed was Queen size, comfortable. Pillows could have been firmer Shower - The shower was awesome. Pressure was as hard as you wanted. Plenty of hot water Was the environment quiet Landmark is beside the beach, so it has a bit of noise, but nothing that bothered you sleeping Location 50m to the beach, and shops. There are dozens of restaurant a short walk away. The staff - Friendly, efficient and they were very Covid aware. We had a problem with our TV, and it was resolved in 30 minutes. The Wi-Fi was included and speed was good. General information - The apartments are clean, has at least 12 levels. It has a pool, spa, gym and a rooftop area It is very well maintained, with lots of dining options within easy walking distance. The beach is across the road. This is our 5th time at Landmark, so that probably says it all. Good hotel with a fantastic location Would I stay there again - Absolutely.   Relax time

  Wow the Landmark resort was amazing great big room with great ocean views. Very clean and refreshing room. Great pool area . I highly recommend. Landmark resort and spa. Great location, very relaxing resort. This is the resort to start. Right next to sea of life tour attraction, across the road to the ocean , close walk to Resturants, cafes, and retail therapist . Great beach walks all at the best place to stay in wonderful Mooloolaba. Landmark resort and spa.   In need of some TLC!

  We recently stayed at the resort and had an amazing holiday. The location of the resort is perfect and we could not fault the amenities or the staff and customer service. The apartment however was in desperate need of some TLC. The walls were damaged, paint was peeling, tiles were cracked and it was just overall very rundown and dated. A bit of a scrub and fresh paint would do it a world of good.

  Long weekend break

  I've just spent 3 nights at Landmark resort. I stayed in a "Superior one bedroom apartment " on 5th floor. Have stayed before. Location is perfect for everything on esplanade, the beach, The Wharf, or walking towards Point Cartwright. The units are older than some, but clean, fully equipped etc. Good aircon when needed. Good sound proofing for restful nights. Great view from balcony. Good gym for a resort. And excellent value. Would happily stay again!

  DONT BOOK- FREE Cancellation not free

  We booked this resort based on reviews and booked via booking.com as it stated in bold and highlight that it was a FREE cancellation. Seven days prior to arrival 1 night would be charged. I was willing to book this in current circumstances of Covid and needed free cancellation with current border closures occurring! However upon booking I was charged the first night immediately of $189 which wasnt expected. I called and the man I spoke with said thats what we do I said you advertise FREE cancellation and this shouldnt have been taken over 2mths prior to arrival thats what we do and always have I said I felt very disappointed and wanted reassurance of a FREE cancellation which he replied minus 5% for processing fee. How can you charge and keep 5% of my money when its clearly FREE a cancellation I said this was false advertising and he said always done it read the fine print Upon going back to the site to look at this upon booking there is no mention of a 5% fee. I took this up with booking.com who said he should not be charging this and requested him to refund which he refused to do so we have cancelled our booking and booking.com have refunded us the 5%. Disgusting service of this resort and when I said I would cancel and review his response was Good on you and hung up the phone. Very deceitful and rude. We have given our money to another hotel who deserves the business
