  Good Stay

  Rooms are spacious , comfort with a micro oven , washing machine and a hot plate. We stayed for 6 nights , they cleaned neatly on daily basis. Tv is big with less clarity , no matter for us , because other than CNBC & CNN , we are not able to watch anything as it was all Korean. I was not able to find much varieties in breakfast spread, may be korean will like it. I was taking almost the same everyday for all 6 days. I am reducing 1/2 star for this. we were able to find two Indian hotels , Taj and New Delhi which are close by , almost we took our dinner there. You can find in google. The hotel is 2 km from Samsung Main gate , better option who visits Samsung. Reception is not able to help us on site seeings in Seoul or near by, somehow we were able to trace it out in google on one day trips. I am reducing 1/2 star for this.

  Worse hotel in town

  We checked in late after a long trip. The moment we check in to the room, we bed sheet & pillow case are with yellow stain & some drop off hair on it. A staff named Kai ( photo included) very rude when come in to our room, he say no extra bed sheet or pillow case for change. He say all this yellow stain are natural & nothing prefect. I really disappointed with his words cos he seem lazy to bring me a new set. Later he ask his manage to come in then the manager manage to change a new set for me. I really don understand why a 4 star hotel never give him a good training on polite & serve the hotel guests. This is my first time that I encountered with this type of poor & low class hotel staff. I hope the management should send the staff to training. Not recommend to stay cos the hotel renovation - old, wall paper tear off, floor dust, bed sheet mostly with yellow stain & lack of maintenance.

  Nice and convenient place

  Stayed there for 3 weeks for business trip. Location is good as there are many shopping centers and restaurant around the area. Also bars and pubs. The hotel is designated stop for the airport limousine bus. Its very convenient as you just take a life up to lobby from the bus stop. Also its beside Young Tong station and 5 stops from Suwon station. Hotel staff are friendly and approachable. Although most of them speak limited English but they are willing to help and give advice and suggestions to you. Rooms and the hotel seem to be outdated and old. Dont expect a fancy modern theme rooms but they are alright for a short stay. Breakfast is good but I believe because they cater more to Korean food some dishes can be a bit too spicy for a few of us. No matter whats the short coming I believe the attitude and friendliness of the staff made up for it. Thank you to the staff of Hotel landmark.

  Ok, but not great.

  The hotel is trying hard, but it's clear that there is a lot of room for growth. The bed was very very uncomfortable, things could be a little cleaner, and in general just felt old. Location was good, people were helpful, but I would want to stay somewhere else in the future.

  A pleasant hotel with good service

  A bit outside of town but there is a good bus service. There is not a direct airport shuttle but a bus service to the airport starts from outside the hotel.The breakfast was very good with a mixture of western and korean food. I would stay here again.
